Objective: To understand the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and hashimoto’s thyroiditis. To provide reference for the treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods: collected 114 cases of hashimoto’s thyroiditis and 189 cases non-hashimoto’s thyroiditis between January 2019 and June 2019 in treatment in the Xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital.Compare the the infection rates of Hp between two groups. Then make the unconditional logistic regression analysis to identify the independent risk factors for hashimoto’s thyroiditis; At last 62 cases of hashimoto’s thyroiditis with positive helicobacter pylori were randomly divided into 31 cases of anti-hp treatment group and 31 cases of observation group without anti-hp treatment,The titers of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroid globulin antibody(TGAb)were compared before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The infection rate of Hp in hashimoto’s thyroiditis group was 58.8%(67/114),higher than that in the healthy control group 40.7%(77/189),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with positive Hp,the number of TPOAb and TGAb antibodies in the anti-hp treatment group decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the observation group.Conclusion:(1)There may be a correlation between infection and hashimoto’s thyroiditis.(2)Anti-hp treatment is helpful in reducing the antibody titers associated with hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
