Objective:1)To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of 18F-FDG PET/CT and MRI in prostate cancer;2)To study the correlation between the SUVmax and ADC of prostate cancer and the percentage of tumor involved tissues and Gleason score.Methods:1)The imaging data of 52 patients with suspected prostate cancer from January 2011 to January2019 who had completed 18F-FDG PET/CT and MRI were collected,The sensitivity,specificity,false-positive rate,false-negative rate, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value,Youden index, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio of two separate experiments and two combined experiments were calculated and compared;2)The preoperative SUVmax and ADC values of 21 patients with prostate cancer were analyzed, and the correlation between them and Gleason score of prostate cancer and the percentage of tumor involved tissue was analyzed.Results:1)The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value,Youden index, accuracy, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio of 18F-FDG PET/CT and MRI to prostate cancer were 77.8%,60%,67.7%,71.4%,0.378,69.2%,1.945 and 0.37,respectively;MRI:88.9%,76%,80%,86.4%,0.649,82.7%,3.704,0.146;the specificity of combined diagnosis was 92%;2)There was no correlation between the values of SUVmax and ADC and the percentage of tumor involved tissues; There was a negative correlation between the ADC values of<10%,10%40%,70%100%groups and Gleason score; There was a difference between the ADC values of different Gleason score groups. There was no correlation between SUVmax and Gleason score.Conclusion:1)Compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT,MRI has more advantages in early diagnosis of prostate cancer, while 18F-FDG PET/CT is more helpful in clinical staging;2)For patients who can't be punctured,ADC value can be used to evaluate their Gleason stage, while SUVmax can't.
