Objective:Explore hypothyroidism(HT)and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),the relationship between understanding of thyroid hormone on blood sugar,blood lipids and the influence of pregnancy outcome,if there is a progress of hypothyroidism and blood sugar.Methods:Choose from October 2017 to October 2018 visits in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University regular prenatal pregnant women as the research object,all matemal line in the middle of a pregnancy oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),and monitoting the free three iodine a gland glycine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),Anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),Antithyroglobulin antibody(TgAb),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),According to the result of maternal OGTT and thyroid function,it can be divided into 3 groups:groups A(GDM merger HT group)and group B(pure GDM group)and group C(pure HT group),and then by levothyroxine sodium group C 12 to 16 weeks after treatment of pure HT divided into C1group,is A,B,C three groups of pregnancy outcomes,and respectively in group A and group B,group A and group C of blood gulcose and thyroid function two compare,analysis the relationship between blood glucose and HT,group C with C1 group of TSH,FT3,FT4,clear levothyroxine sodium treatment can improve the function of thyroid.Results:The blood glucose values(fasting blood glucose,glucose,OGTT1h,OGTT2h),TSH,TC,TG and LDL-C in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and froup C(P<0.05);HDL-C,FT3 and FT4 in group A were significantly lower than in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C(P<0.05);and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in group A was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment with levothyroxine sodium tablets,the TSH of hypothyroidized pregnant women was significantly decreased,and FT3 and FT4 were also increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypothyroidism during pregnancy can make higher fasting blood sugar,OGTT1h,OGTT2h,and lead to abnormal lipid metabolism,and GDM can aggravate abnormal thyroid function,both influence each other,to increase the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,levothyroxine sodium can significantly improve the thyroid function in patients with GDM and blood lipid levels,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
