Objective: From the morphological,DWI and DCE-MRI hemodynamic parameters to analyze the benign and malignant breast masses,and through the MRI parameters and high-frequency color ultrasound to diagnose the benign and malignant breast masses.2.To compare the parameters of DWI and dynamic enhancement in HER-2 overexpression and non overexpression breast cancer.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 64 cases of breast occupying confirmed by pathology,including 34 cases of benign lesions and 30 columns of malignant lesions.The edge of the lesions and the way of enhancement were observed.The parameters of ADC,EADC,slope,Ser and time signal intensity curve were measured To explore the relationship between the benign and malignant lesions and the edge of the lesions and the corresponding measurement indicators,and the measurement value is statistically significant for judging whether the lesions are benign and malignant.According to the genotype,the malignant patients were divided into 14 cases of HER-2 overexpression and 16 cases of non HER-2 overexpression,and the ADC value,slope,Ser and other indicators were compared.Results : According to the pathological results,34 cases were benign and 30 cases were malignant.ADC,EADC,slope and ser were 1.56 ± 0.31,1.01 ± 0.201,0.30 ± 0.07,0.40 ± 0.08,1.80 ± 0.67,2.50 ± 0.93,0.56 ± 0.20,1.24 ± 0.14,respectively.Among them,ADC,slope and ser were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.In breast cancer,the ADC values of HER-2 overexpression and non HER-2 overexpression,slope and ser were 0.956 ± 0.102,1.194 ± 0.242,2.577 ± 0.980,2.061 ± 0.880,1.164 ± 0.074,0.783 ± 0.395,respectively.The ADC values were negatively correlated with HER-2 overexpression(r =-0.446,P = 0.043).Three The sensitivity was 0.933,0.722 and 0.821,the specificity was 0.618,0.735 and 0.777,the kappa value was 0.539,0.598 and 0.592,respectively,which were consistent with the pathological diagnosis results.The ADC value was used as the diagnostic standard,dynamic enhancement and ADC value were used in combination to determine the benign and malignant of the lesions The results of kappa were 0.623 and 0.781,which were highly consistent with the pathological diagnosis.The sensitivity was 0.967,the specificity was 0.882,the kappa was 0.875,the area under the curve was 0.940,which was basically consistent with the pathological diagnosis.Conclusion: morphological characteristics,ADC value,early enhancement rate and signal enhancement rate can effectively judge the benign and malignant breast tumor;ADC value has reference value for judging HER-2 gene overexpression,but whether they have correlation conclusions is not uniform;multi parameter and multi-mode combined diagnosis has high value for the benign and malignant breast tumor.
