During the operation, breast lesions around structural change and coagulation clot advent of confused with lesions in 2-d image cannot distinguish, thus affecting lesions excision effect of judgment.This study selected the 225 cases from December 2008 to August 2009 in daqing oil field general hospital clinic of mammary gland benign cases, preoperative through regular two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound imaging and lookahead mammary gland lathe cutting treatment,3 months after operation and application of ultrasonic imaging MRI assessment therapeutic effect, discusses two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in breast XuanQieShu treatment in the evaluation of application value, finding effective evaluation index, clinical guidance to make effective evaluation method, further improve the breast XuanQieShu therapeutic effect. By all XuanQieShu excision of mass were performed pathologic examination, determine the benign and malignant.
