Objective:To investigate the correlation between plasma levels of matrixmetalloproteinase 9 and C1562 T gene polymorphisms and cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A case-control study method was adopted,including 72 cases and 78 cases.General data were collected,and venous blood samples were collected and measured for plasma MMP-9 levels,DNA extraction,and C1562 T gene PCR product polymorphism determination.Differences of MMP-9 C1562 T gene between two group.The results: 1.By comparing the general data of two group,the most likely risk factors of the case group were obtained,and further binary logistic regression was performed.The results suggest that the plasma level of MMP-9,Hcy and hypertension the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Classify compare the levels of plasma MMP-9 the each subgroup.Comparable results: WML group,LI group,CMBs group,EPVS group,brain atrophy group and control group In comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001).3.By comparing the C1562 T loci CC,CT,TT genotypes and C,T alleles between the case group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),further C1562 T gene polymorphism Compared with the control group in each subgroup of the case group,the frequency of CC,CT,TT genotypes and C,T alleles in the WML group and LI group and the frequency of C and T alleles in the EPVS group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P <0.05);the CC,CT,TT genotype frequency in EPVS group and CC,CT,TT genotype and C,T allele frequency in CMBs group were not statistically different from the control group(P> 0.05).4.The plasma MMP-9 levels of patients with different genotypes were compared and analyzed,and the levels of MMP-9 in the TT,CT,and CC groups were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The level of CT> TT> CC genotype,and the difference of plasma MMP-9 levels between CC and CT was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.History of hypertension,Hcy,MMP-9 may be risk factors for atherosclerotic CSVD;2.Plasma MMP-9 levels are closely related to CSVD,may be another risk factor for CSVD;3.MMP-9C1562 T gene Morphology may be closely related to LI and WML of CSVD,T allele may be one of CSVD susceptibility genes;4.CT genotype of C1562 T locus may be related to high expression of plasma MMP-9 levels.
