Objective: To investigate the relationship between interleukin-10(IL-10)gene polymorphism and cardiac valve calcification in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods: This study adopts the case-control studies method, select from June 2019 to December 2019,fifth in xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital kidney disease hospital diagnosis for chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 and by echocardiography diagnosis of heart valve calcification in patients with 95 cases as a group.A total of 95 patients with gender and age matching who were diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 during hospitalization in the department of nephrology of our hospital and were diagnosed with no cardiac valve calcification by echocardiography were selected as the control group. The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length(PCR-RFLP)was used to genotype the polymorphism sites of IL-10 gene. The SPSS23.0 software package is applied to process the data.Results:(1)The genotypes of IL-10-819T/C and IL-10-592C/A conformed to the Hardy-Weinberggenetic balance.(P>0.05).(2)The distribution of genotypes and allele frequencies at the IL-10-819T/C andIL-10-592C/A loci was statistically significant between the case group and the control group(P<0.05);The differences in the genotype and allele distribution of theIL-10-592C/A locus between the case group and the control group were statistically significant(both P values were less than 0.05).(3)After adjusting for relevant risk factors,Logistic regression analysis showed that TT genotype at the IL-10-819T/C locus had a higher risk of heart valve calcification in patients with chronic kidney disease than those with CT or CC genotypes(P=0.037,OR=0.507;P=0.029,OR=0.342);Patients with CC genotype at the IL-10-592 C /A locus had A higher risk of heart valve calcification than those with AC and AA genotypes(P<0.001,OR=0.075;P=0.018,OR=0.172).Conclusions:(1)Polymorphism at IL-10-819 T/C and IL-10-592C/A may be associated with cardiac valve calcification in patients with chronic kidney disease.(2)The TT genotype atIL-10-819 T/C and the CC genotype at IL-10-592C/A may increase the risk of cardiac valve calcification in patients with chronic kidney disease.
