| Objective: To analyze the drug composition,performance,usage and dosage of Huang Yuanyu's Sisheng Xinyuan prescription,and to explore the law of drug compatibility.Methods: Taking Sisheng Xinyuan as the research object,comparing with Shang Han Lun,Jin Gui Yao Lue and Pi Wei Lun,In order to reveal the law of drug use of Si Sheng Xin Yuan,various indexes of the included prescriptions were compared and analyzed by using the methods of traditional bibliography,prescription metrology and association rules.Results:(1)The drug properties of Sisheng Xinyuan are mainly flat and warm,and the differences between cold,hot and cool are not obvious;the drug taste is mostly sweet,spicy and bitter,the meridian of return is mainly stomach,spleen and liver,and the drugs of small intestine,pericardium and Sanjiao are less;the high frequency drug cluster is classified into three main groups: Lingguizhugan decoction changed baizhu and added peony,Banxia Ganjiang powder,Combinded Dabianxia and Xiaobanxia decoction with Danpi;the drug uses Quantitative analysis showed that the average value of each drug was no more than 5 Qian,and the average drug use was 6.5qian.According to association rule analysis,the lowest support degree is 10% and the lowest confidence degree is 50%.There are 150 rules in total,Poria cocos and Glycyrrhiza;Guizhi and Glycyrrhiza;paeony and Glycyrrhiza are the top three.(2)Compared with 269 prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Jin Gui Yao Lue: the correlation analysis of meridian tropism showed that:r=0.979(P<0.01),the correlation between the two drugs was strong;Zhang Zhong-jing had four characteristics of medicine,temperature,cold and flatness were dominant,and the correlation analysis showed that the correlation number was r=0.700(P>0.05),indicating that there was no correlation between the four frequencies.According to the frequency of five kinds of drugs,Zhang Zhong-jing paid attention to the use of sweet,spicy and bitter drugs.The results of correlation analysis showed that the correlationcoefficient r=0.829(P<0.05),there was correlation between them.(3)Compared with Pi Wei Lun,the theory of spleen and stomach has the advantage of meridian tropism of spleen,stomach,lung and heart.The correlation analysis of the two meridian tropism shows that the two meridian tropism are basically the same.The correlation analysis result of the two meridian tropism is: the correlation coefficient r=0.734(P<0.01),and the correlation between the two meridian tropism is strong.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was r=0.696(P<0.05)indicating that there was a correlation between the four frequencies of the two.According to the correlation analysis of drug taste,the correlation coefficient r=0.744(P<0.05),there is a correlation between the two.Conclusion: Huang's medicine focuses on warming and tonifying,taking regulating the vitality as the major method;Huang advocates supporting yang and suppressing Yin,using both warming and tonifying,but not abandoning cold and cool;Huang Yuanyu's Sisheng Xinyuan prescription imitated Zhang Zhong-jing's thoughts,using light and effective medicine;each prescription has less than 7 drugs,the average of each drug is less than 5 qian,using light and concise medicine;the core tendency of the prescription is obvious,that is,Huangya Decoction;his academic thoughts on Wang Mengying,Zheng Qin'an,Peng Ziyi and other doctors of later generations have far-reaching influence and practical guiding significance for the current clinical practice. |
