Objective :The purpose of this article is to investigate whether there is a difference in plasma homocysteine(Hcy)levels between patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by macroangiopathy, and The relationship between other related risk factors and the development of macrovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes is discussed, with a view to identifying new early warning factors for the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes with macrovascular disease and providing new risk assessment and disease prevention Strategy and research basis. Methods:In this study,124 cases of T2 DM patients who were admitted to the medical departments of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2017 to May 2019 based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected in this study,According to whether they have complicated heart and cerebrovascular history, they were divided into T2 DM combined with macrovascular disease group(a total of 83 cases),and T2 DM patients(a total of 41 cases)were used as a control group to collect clinical data and plasma Hcy detection Results, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin C,imaging and biochemical examination results. The difference analysis between the case group and the control group used independent sample t test and test.Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the correlation between Hcy and other variables. The logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of T2 DM with macrovascular disease.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the diagnostic value of Hcy for type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy. Results:The plasma Hcy level in patients with T2 DM complicated with macroangiopathy was significantly higher than that in the simple T2 DM group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and their plasma Hcy levels were(14.48 ± 5.11)vs.(10.74 ± 1.71)umol / L;The correlation coefficients between Hcy level and age, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin C,blood uric acid, blood creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)and blood urea nitrogen are 0.247,0.257,0.341,0.277,0.330,-0.296,0.179(P<0.05);BMI,Hcy,glycated hemoglobin C,and cholesterol are risk factors for macrovascular disease in T2 DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood Hcy is involved in the occurrence and development of T2 DM patients complicated with macroangiopathy.Monitoring plasma Hcy in T2 DM patients can be used as a predictor to prevent and prompt whether T2 DM patients have macrovascular lesions.
