Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for finding ideal clinical prognostic indicators and new targeted therapy for colon cancer. We studied the correlation between clinical stage, pathology and prognosis of right colon cancer. Methods: A total of 160 patients who underwent radical resection of right colon cancer(including laparoscopic surgery)in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in 2014.01-2016.12 were selected as subjects. The follow-up date was January,2020.Age,sex,race,CEA,CA199 and other tumor markers, tumor size, depth of invasion,T,N,M,number of lymph node clearance and neurovascular invasion were considered as indicators affecting the prognosis of the study.R software was used for Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,log-Rank method was used for univariate analysis of significant factors, and cox regression model was used for independent risk factors quantitative analysis(?=0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Results: the number of lymph node metastasis,N stage,Peritoneal invasion,TNM stage, nerve invasion, vascular invasion,CEA and CA199 were significant factors affecting the predicted survival time of patients.COX multivariate analysis showed that Peritoneal invasion was an independent risk factor affecting the overall survival time of tumor resection(P<0.001).Conclusion: for the patients who underwent surgical resection of right colon cancer, vascular invasion is more common and affects the prognosis of patients because the visiting time is in III\ IV stage, but this analysis is only a small sample analysis, and a large number of sample studies are still needed for further data mining.Peritoneal invasion is an independent risk factor for overall survival after resection of right colon cancer.
