Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 92 patients with primary liver cancer treated by ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018.Collect general data of patients and follow-up observation of patients’ radiofrequency ablation Changes in liver function indexes and tumor markers before and after surgery, postoperative complications, and patients with complete ablation rate of lesions at 1 month,3 months, and 6months after surgery(Complete ablation rate)and 1 year survival rate. Results: 92 patients with liver cancer,a total of 121 ablation lesions. After radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of standard standardized ultrasound, the liver function indicators AST,ALT,ABL,and TBL before and after 2 and 5 days of surgery were compared.Significance(P <0.05);liver function indicators AST,ALT,ABL,TBL,AFP before and after surgery were statistically significant before and after treatment(P <0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications: fever 32.60%,pain 30.43%,transient abnormal liver function81.52%;abdominal effusion:9.28%;pleural effusion: 6.25%,no postoperative death(hepatic failure),diaphragmatic perforation(diaphragm perforation),liver Serious complications such as pericardial fistula(Hepatopericardial fistula),cardiac tamponade, pin tract metastasis, colon perforation and so on.Postoperative ablation of 121 cancerous nodules: Thecomplete ablation rate at 1 month after surgery was 86.78%,the complete ablation rate at 3 months after surgery was 79.34%,and the complete ablation rate at 6 months after surgery was 75.21%.The total of 92 patients after 1 year Survival rate: 82.61%.Conclusion: RFA,as a minimally invasive method for the treatment of liver cancer, has the advantages of fewer postoperative complications, which can be supplemented or repeatedly treated, liver damage is small, and the postoperative recovery is fast. The treatment effect is accurate and the application value is high.
