| Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of1.5T MR guidedradiofrequency ablation for primary hepatocellur carcinoma. Methods Sixty-sixpatients with eighty lesions of primary hepatocellular carcinoma which confirmed byclinical criteria or pathology received1.5T MR guided radiofrequency ablation.Postoperative MR scan was performed. The ablation zone exceeded0.5-1.0cm to themargin of initial tumor was considered successful. Orherwise, supplementary ablationwas performed. One month after RFA, imaging examination and laboratory testingwere performed on the liver; after that, the patients were followed-up every3~4months to evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy. Results All RFAs weresuccessful. The mean operative time was (82.1±29.7) min. Two lesions appeared localrecurrence. New lesions was observed in16patients. The1-,2-and3-years survivalrates were98.5%ã€96.6%ã€89.9%respectively. Conclusion1.5T MR guided RFA ofhepatocellular carcinoma has a certain effectã€minimal invasive and less complication. |
