Objective:To analyze the general situation,clinical characteristics,biochemical index characteristics,treatment plan and outcome of children with AIH retrospectively,to summarize the clinical characteristics of children with AIH,To improve the first-line clinicians' understanding of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical case data of the children who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019 and diagnosed with AIH,mainly reading the general characteristics,biochemical indicators,liver pathology,treatment plan and follow-up,taking relevant data and using spss25.0 software for statistical processing.Results: 1)The age of AIH patients ranged from 2 to 16 years old,mainly around puberty,mainly female.Type 1 patients were significantly more than type 2 patients.2)The majority of Xinjiang children were Uighurs,which may were related to racial differences.3)The level of serum transaminase in type 1 patients was significantly lower than that in type 2 patients.4)The mean value of IgG in type 1patients was significantly lower than that in type 2 patients.5)Hormone and immunosuppressant treatment was effective,type 2 is less effective than type 1,and more likely to relapse.Conclusions:1)The majority of Xinjiang children are Uighurs,which may be related to racial differences.2)The mean value of IgG in type 1 patients was significantly lower than that in type 2 patients.3)the patients of type 2 is less effective than type 1,more likely to relapse.
