China has entered an accelerated development stage of population aging. The health problems of the elderly is not only having a profound impact on the quality of life of the elderly population, but also related to the burden level and the development vigor of the whole society, and the "Healthy aging" is the only way for China to deal with the aging of the population. There are significant gender differences in health, and the life expectancy of women is generally higher than that of men,but the health level shows obvious reverse characteristics. The overall health status of elderly women is not optimistic. The study of elderly women health is of great benefit to promote the gender justice of health and improve the quality of life of elderly women. In this paper,on the one hand, this paper summarizes the gender differences of elderly health, female health problems and the influence of intergenerational support and child structure on the health of elderly women by using the method of literature research. On the other hand, based on the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey(2015),and using the Ordered-Probit model analyze the influence mechanism of intergenerational interaction and child structure on the health of elderly women(including self-rated health, mental health and physical health). The robustness of the estimated results was tested by replacing the model, testing the age group and analyzing the heterogeneity. Finally, through the interaction between intergenerational interaction and child structure, the comprehensive influence of the two on the health of elderly women is deeply analyzed. The results of the empirical analysis mainly include three aspects:First of all, intergenerational interaction has a significant positive impact on the self-assessment of health of elderly women. As far as the structural factors of children are concerned, the total number of children significantly reduces the self-rated health of elderly women, but the number of daughters and the ratio of sex structure significantly promote the self-rated health of elderly women.Except that the interaction between financial support from children and the number of daughters and gender structure ratio has no significant effect on the self-assessment health of older women, the interaction between intergenerational interaction and child structure had a positive impact on the self-assessment health of elderly women.Secondly, the structural factors of children have a significant negative impact on the mental health of elderly women. However,in the aspect of intergenerational interaction, the influence of financial support from children on the mental health of elderly women is not significant and negative, while the emotional support from children and "reverse feeding" factors significantly promote the mental health of elderly women. In terms of comprehensive influence, the interaction between the financial support provided by children to elderly women and the total number of children has a negative impact on the mental health of elderly women, while the interaction of the emotional support from children, the factors of "reverse feeding"and the total number of children significantly promote the mental health of elderly women. The interaction between the financial support provided by the children to the elderly women and the number of daughters significantly reduced the mental health of the elderly women, but the emotional support of the children and the interaction between the factors of "reverse feeding" and the number of daughters had obvious positive effects on the mental health of the elderly women. The interaction between intergenerational two-way economic support and gender structure ratio has a significant negative impact on the mental health of elderly women. But the interaction of from the emotional support of their children, intergenerational care for grandchildren and gender structure ratio significantly improves the mental health of elderly women. Finally, intergenerational interaction and child structure have different effects on the physical health of elderly women. Both financial support and "reverse feeding" factors significantly promoted the physical health of elderly women, but emotional support from children had no significant effect on the physical health of elderly women. The total number of children significantly weakened the physical health of elderly women, but the number of daughters and gender structure had no significant effect on the physical health of elderly women. In terms of comprehensive influence, the interaction among emotional support and intergenerational two-way economic support and the total number of children significantly promoted the physical health of elderly women, but the interaction between intergenerational care for grandchildren and the total number of children significantly reduced the physical health of elderly women. The interaction among children's emotional support,"reverse feeding" and the number of daughters significantly promoted the physical health of older women. However, the interaction influence of financial support from children and the number of daughters was positive but not significant. The interaction between positive intergenerational support and gender structure ratio significantly improved the health of elderly women, but the interaction between "reverse feeding" and gender structure ratio significantly weakened the physical health of elderly women. The innovation of this paper lies in the research theme innovation and the research level innovation. But the deficiency of the article lies in the main selection of cross-section data as the basis of research, the lack of necessary time span, the lack of sufficient timeliness of data sources compared with real-time research, and the inability to effectively observe the cumulative effect of the dynamic changes of intergenerational interaction on the health of elderly women.
