ObjectiveThe "binding" is present in many diseases,such as chest paralysis,where the first marks accumulate into lumps.But how is the "binding,"formed?How does the "binding" form?How does it affect sorting out the discussion of the ancient medical books on the conclusion of the disease,,the theory of conclusion,conclusion research,can be initially drawn up the concept and theoretical framework of the disease,hope that the clinical and theoretical development of Chinese medicine will be beneficial.MethodsThis paper research to literature method,using the ancient medical classics "Huangdi Neijing","Febrile disease","Golden Theory" and"Zhu Bing Yuan Houlun" as the research material,to "binding" and"stagnation syndrome" words as the keywords to ignore the contents of the chapter of each medical book,to excel database data file,article listed the content,to manual reading analysis,to extract "binding"and "stagnation syndrome" proof-related diseases of the provisions of the content,And to the relevant medical code of the school note or interpretation of the medical book,and the Chinese medicine dictionary,to adjust the "binding" and "stagnation syndrome" words before the meaning of the text,in order to more complete and accurate exploration of the original meaning of ancient medical titles.Modern network science and technology developed,all kinds of information resources are rich,the modern literature resources of Chinese medicine are also rich,the modern literature part of this study,the use of electronic calculator in network in China and Wanfang data and other database data,after the literature retrieval,still by manual reading to organize the information data.Results1.Combing the research data,the main theories are:(1)The conditions of the occurrence of related disease are the body' s deficiency of qi and the blood,or due to congenital physique,or because of a long illness,etc.,easy to feel the anemia of six-evil,or a new sense of evil,or internal injuries by seven emotions,or diet,labor,fall,trauma,mistreatment,the cause of the disease characterized by multiple or cumulative,repeated times.(2)The law of the development binding-related diseases for the human body first of the evil parts in the muscle table,and then with the meridian,blood attack struck the whole body tissue or viscera,from the table to the inside,impermanence,as one of the the main pathological mechanism of,atherosclerosis which is consistent with the pathological characteristics of the stagnation disease.Is,the study of stagnation disease is helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular-related diseases and clinical practice significance.
