ObjectiveThis study intends to analyze different lobe EEG,seizure type and treatment effect,to investigate the differerces of different lobe epilepsy in discharge characteristics,attack and treatment effect,to provide a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.MethodData were collected from 2012 01.01 to 2017.01.01 patients with epilepsy and abnormal discharge in epilepsy clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Tai'an Medical College.A total of 505 patients with epilepsy,including FLE 162 cases,TLE 223 cases,OLE 75 cases,PLE 45 cases.Using EEG to analyze the onset and duration of EEG and abnormal discharge characteristics?types and treatments of frontal lobe epilepsy,temporal lobe epilepsy,occipital lobe epilepsy,parietal lobe epilepsy and insular epilepsy.Summaring the of differences of different lobe epilepsy in EEG?types and treatments.Result1.Different lobe epilepsy EEG abnormal discharge characteristics?seizure types and treatment effect:(1)There are 162 patients with FLE,EEG showed that the percentage of abnormal discharge location in frontal area was higher than the percentage of foreheading to other parts,the percentage of intermittency seizure frequency was significantly higher than that of sporadic,the percentage of spike and sharp waves were higher than that of spike(sharp)slow waves.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The most common type of seizure was complex partial seizures secondary generalized seizure type,accounting for 57.58%.The percentage of different therapeutic effects was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)223 patients with TLE were analyzed,EEG showed that the percentage of abnormal discharge location in temporal region was higher than the percentage of forehead ding to other parts,the percentage of sporadic seizure frequency was significantly higher than intermittency,the percentage of the rhythm of spike wave was higher than that of other abnormal waveform.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of CPS seizure type was significantly higher than that of other types,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of different therapeutic effects was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)75 patients with OLE were analyzed,EEG showed that the percentage of abnormal discharge location in occipital region was higher than the percentage of foreheading to other parts,the percentage of sporadic seizure frequency was significantly higher than intermittency,the percentage of high amplitude spikes and sharp waves was higher than that of sharp spikes(spike).The differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The most common clinical manifestations of OLE were motor symptoms after systemic generalization,accounting for 73.33%.The percentage of different therapeutic effects was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)45 patients with PLE were analyzed,EEG showed that the percentage of abnormal discharge location in top area was higher than the percentage of foreheading to other parts,the percentage of sporadic seizure frequency was significantly higher than intermittency.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).It was not considered that the percentages of different discharge rhythms were different,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The most common type of seizure was secondarily generalized seizures after simple partial seizures,accounting for 47.75%.The percentage of different therapeutic effects was different,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The comparison between the different lobe epilepsy in EEG abnormal discharge characteristics,seizure type and treatment effect:(1)Abnormal discharge characteristics of EEG:the percentage of abnormal discharge frequency of paroxysmal FLE patients was significantly higher than TLE,OLE and PLE,the difference was statistically significant(P<a ');The frequency of TLE,OLE and PLE was mainly sporadic,and the percentage was different,there was no statistically significant difference(P>a ').The abnormal discharge rhythm of FLE was mainly spike and sharp wave,TLE was mainly spike wave,OLE was mainly with high amplitude spike and sharp waves,PLE was mainly abnormal discharge in the top region,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Attack type: the percentage of TLE patients with CPS attack type was significantly higher than that of FLE,OLE,PLE,the difference was statistically significant(P<a');the percentage of FLE,OLE,PLE patients with the type of attack CPS are different,there was no statistically significant difference(P>a ').the percentage of FLE,OLE,PLE patients with secondary generalized seizure type were significantly higher than that of TLE,the difference was statistically significant(P<a');the percentage of FLE,OLE,PLE patients with secondary generalized seizure type were different,there was no statistically significant difference(P>a ').(3)Treatment effect:the percentage of TLE patients who were ineffective in treatment was significantly higher than FLE,OLE,PLE,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the percentage of treatment effect between FLE,PLE,OLE were different,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion1.In FLE,the abnormal discharge was mainly in frontal area with paroxysmal spike and sharp waves;In TLE,abnormal discharge in the temporal region with unilateral or bilateral accidental spike waves;In OLE,the abnormal discharge in the occipital area with occasional high amplitude spike and sharp waves;In PLE,abnormal discharge was mainly in the top region with abnormal waveform.2.The most common type of TLE is CPS,the type of secondary generalized seizure is the most common type of FLE,OLE,and PLE.3.The treatment effect of FLE,OLE,PLE is good,the treatment effect of TLE is poor.
