ObjectiveThrough searching and reading literature and qualitative interviews,to research the true feelings and psychological state of patients with stroke,so as to provide targeted nursing for patients with stroke.Through quantitative research methods to investigate the social participation of patients with stroke,to find the factors influencing social participation,find out the key factors,improve the social participation of patients,so that patients can return to society as soon as possible.Methods1.According to the research objective to consult relevant literature and data,collating and analyzing the literature and data,to understand the various conditions and social participation in patients with stroke.2.Using purpose sampling method,select 12 patients with stoke in qualitative interviews,to research the true feelings of patients with stoke and psychological status.3.using The Impact on Participation and Autonomy(IPA)to conduct a quantitative survey of the social participation,to find the current level of participation of patients with stroke.4.statistical analysis on the questionnaire,using One-Way ANOVA,linear regression analysis and other methods to analyze the factors affecting the social participation.Results1.Qualitative interview with stroke patients,The data were collected and analyzed to extract two main themes:Patients with negative emotions and self burden increase and patients can not adapt to the changes in the physical function of the disease.2.The patient's social participation product rating points using the Likert 5 score method,the patients with the lowest score is six items:according to their wishes to the possibility of a tourist resort,whether can according to their own way to spend leisure time,The possibility of life in the way they want to,the possibility of do heavy work in the home,Opportunities to help and support others,the way you want them to fulfill my family responsibility.3.Through The One-Way ANOVA,Age,educational level,working status,monthly income level,medical payment type,there was no hemiplegia,the degree of understanding of the disease,ADL score,emotional scale scores were statistically significant(P< 0.05);Using the four dimensions of questionnaire total score as the dependent variable,using16 basic cases of patients as the independent variables.for Multivariate linear regression analysis,results showed that gender,age,infection time,the presence of hemiplegia and ADL scores and emotional scale scores have an impact on social participation.Conclusion1.At present,most of the patients with anxiety,depression,pessimism and other negateve emotions,mild negative emotional patients can be relieved by their own or their familyes,but the more serious cases are unable to resolve through their own adjustment,they need for professional psychological counseling to lift the negative emotions.2.Medical staff in the field of health education work is not in place,resulting in the patient to lack the knowledge of the disease,so many problems are caused.So doing a good job of education and disease interpretation can not only improve the doctor-patient relationship,but also avoid many unnecessary troubles.3.Lack of understanding of rehabilitation training,some patients even don't know what is rehabilitation training,and some of excessive dependence on rehabilitation training Did not realize that the rehabilitation training is a gradual process of slow,anxious,too high expectations for rehabilitation.4.The social participation of patients with stroke is generally low,especially in social life,the situation is not optimistic,most people still stays the purpose of rehabilitation on functional recovery,Not to raise the level of social participation as the ultimate goal.
