Correlation Analysis Of The Diagnosis Of Crohn's Disease And Laboratory Indexes

Objective:Retrospective analysis and evaluate the clinical characteristics of Crohn's disease in Qingdao municipal hospital in recent 10 yearsl.Methods:To collect clinical data of the hospitalized patients with Crohn's disease in Qingdao municipal hospital from January 2007 to January 2017.Use the self designed clinical information Survey form for Crohn's disease,combine the information of the repeat-edly hospitalized patients,exclude patients with unidentified diagnosis,diagnostic errors and incomplete information collection,and collect the general personal information,past medical history,complications and diet hobbies.The clinical features,endoscopic findings,laboratory findings,CT/MRI imaging,Treatments were retrospected.The data were processed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software,The counting data shall be examined by?~2 test,and the measuring data shall be examined by t test,the correlation between Harvey-Bradshow index,Harvey-Bradshow indexand C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hemoglobin,albumin,cholesterolwasanalyzed by spearman correlation analysis.Results:Seventy-one hospitalized CD patients with average age of 44.1±17.0 years old.The common symptoms were abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever.CD lesions with endoscopic ileocolonic type were most common.Forty cases had anemia.There should be a positive correlation between Harvey-Bradshow indexand C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,had a negative correlation between Harvey-Bradshow index and hemoglobin,albumin,cholesterol.The positive association between simple endoscopic score for CD and CRP,ESR.The negative correlation between SES-CD and hemoglobin,albumin.Conclusion:In our hospital most of CD patients is man,Diagnosis age had a second peak of CD patients,there should be correlation between HBI,SES-CD and some laboratory findings.Most patients receive medical treatment.Patients withpenetratingand Strict uretypear-e longer hospitalization,and hospitalization Days related to anemia and the decrease of albumin.
