| OBJECTIVE Crohn ' s disease(CD)is a chronic inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract with unknown etiology that can invade various systems throughout the body.CD is a common disease in North America and Europe.In recent years,with the urbanization of Asian countries,the mobility of population and the changes in dietary structure,the incidence rate in China has also increased year by year.As the disease progresses,complications such as intestinal obstruction,perforation,perianal abscess,and anal fistula may occur.Therefore,the judgment of activity is particularly important,which can guide early diagnosis and treatment,delay and reduce the above complications,and reduce the operation rate.Improve the purpose of prognosis.The goal of this study was to explore the diagnostic value of the MRE for Magnetic Resonance Index of Activity(MARIA)for CD activity.Materials and Methods 68 patients with CD were enrolled.CRP,ESR,SES-CD score,Ma RIA score,simplified CDAI score were retrospectively collected,and the diagnostic efficiency of CDA activity was analyzed.RESULTS The total SES-CD has a diagnostic efficiency of CD activity of 76.6%,sensitivity of 62.5%,specificity of 83.3%,and cut-off value of 11.5.Total Ma RIA has a diagnostic efficiency of 71.2% for CD activity and sensitivity of 80%.The specificity was 67.6% and the cut-off value was 31.18.The diagnostic efficiency of the highest score of Ma RIA for CD activity was 65.5%,the sensitivity was 63.5%,the specificity was 79.4%,and the cut-off value was 22.2.The total Ma RIA was The diagnostic efficiency of degree of activity was 77.9%,the sensitivity was83.3%,the specificity was 71.2%,and the cut-off value was 38.75.The diagnostic efficiency of the highest score of Ma RIA for moderate activity was 69.8%,the sensitivity was 66.7%,and the specificity.67.3%,cut-off value is 22.5.(P<0.05).Conclusion MRE examination is more effective in diagnosing CD activity,especially moderate activity. |
