Analysis Of Risk Factors Of Respiratory Failure In Neonates With Different Gestational Age

ObjectiveA variety of perinatal factors can affect the occurrence of Neonatal Respiratory Failure(Neonatal Respiratory Failure,the NRF),different gestational age Neonatal physiological characteristics,risk factors for Respiratory Failure occurred is different,therefore,the newborn of Respiratory Failure can be divided into different gestational age groups,different high risk factors of the gestational age Neonatal Respiratory Failure occurred.MethodsFrom20131.1-2014.12.31,1046 NRF neonates treated in the Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected and divided 3 groups,gestational age?37weeks,gestational age 32-36 weeks,gestational age?32weeks.The general situation of children with NRF,the risk factors of perinatal period,the composition of major diseases and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsA total of 1046 cases were enrolled in NRF,including 727 males(69.5%),319 females(30.5%),There were more males in the 3 groups,the highest proportion in the group of 37 weeks,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The risk factors of NRF in the group of? 37 weeks and 33-36 weeks were determined by caesarean section.Multiple pregnancy,test tube baby,premature rupture of fetal membrane,preeclampsia,and hypoalbuminemia were the highest risk factors for NRF in ?32 weeks.Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(RDS)is the leading cause of NRF disease,accounting for 51.24%(536/1046).Endotracheal intubation combined with CPAP was the highest.The mechanical ventilation time and total oxygen absorption time of the group with the gestational age of less than 32 weeks were the longest,and the difference was statistically significant.All NRF newborn had a good prognosis rate of 79.3%,among which the bad prognosis rate was the highest among the? 32 weeks,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups.ConclusionThe risk factors and major diseases of NRF were different in different gestational age.In clinical practice,it is necessary to strictly control the evidence of cesarean section,and it is necessary to use hormone to prevent the occurrence of RDS in pregnant women with a gestational age of ? 37 weeks.During the perinatal period,there are high risk factors,which can lead to premature delivery and increase the risk of NRF.Therefore,perinatal examination and prevention,early detection and early treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of NRF.
