Objective:To investigate the relationship between the time of infiltration of GGO in the lungs of patients with paraquat poisoning and the toxic dose and its prognosis.The relative area and toxic dose of GGO in the lungs of patients with paraquat poisoning The relationship between prognosis and the relationship between chest CT findings and toxic dose and poisoning time in patients with paraquat poisoning;evaluation of clinical value of chest CT in acute paraquat poisoning patients,providing guidance for clinical treatment and prognosis prediction.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the results of chest CT examination of patients with acute paraquat poisoning in the emergency department from January 2015 to December 2018 in our hospital.38 patients were divided into small groups?10ml(10 cases)according to the poisoning dose,10ml<medium group?20ml(11 cases),a large number of groups>20ml(17 cases),according to different prognosis,18 cases in the survival group,20 cases in the death group,according to the time of poisoning,divided into early(<7d),medium(7-14d),late(>14d).The time of GGO was recorded in patients who were poisoned to the lungs.The time difference between GGO in patients with different dose groups and different prognosis groups was compared.The correlation between GGO time and toxic dose in the lungs was analyzed.The relative area of GGO at the start of GGO in the lungs of patients was measured,that is,semi-quantitative analysis of GGO areas at 5 levels of aortic arch level,main pulmonary artery window level,left upper lobe bronchial level,right lower pulmonary vein level,and left lateral apical surface..The differences between the relative areas of GGO in the lungs of different dose groups and different prognostic groups were compared,and the correlation between GGO relative area and toxic dose was analyzed.The relationship between chest CT findings and toxic dose and time of poisoning was analyzed in 38 patients.The differences in mortality between patients in different dose groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in GGO relative time between the three groups of patients who received different doses of GGO in the lungs and GGO in the lungs(P<0.05).The patients with different prognosis group took GGO time and lungs in the lungs.There was a statistically significant difference in the relative area ofGGO between GGO and GGO(P<0.05).The time of GGO in a large number of patients was significantly earlier than that in a small group.The time of GGO in the lungs was significantly earlier.In the survival group;the relative area of GGO was significantly greater in the large group of patients with GGO in the lung than in the small group and the middle group.The relative area of GGO in the lungs of the death group was significantly larger than that in the survival group.There was a negative correlation between the time of GGO and the dose of GGO in the lungs(rs=-0.429,P<0.05).The relative area of GGO was positively correlated with the dose of toxic dose when GGO was started in the lungs(rs=0.728,P<0.05)..There were significant differences in the number of pleural effusions,pulmonary fibrosis,and death between the different dose groups(P<0.05),that is,with increased toxic dose,patients with pleural effusion,pulmonary fibrosis,and patient death.The probability increases.During different poisoning periods,the number of lung exudation consolidation,pulmonary fibrosis and a small number of pericardial effusions were different(P<0.05),that is,the lung exudation consolidation occurred with the time of poisoning.The probability of pulmonary fibrosis and a small amount of pericardial effusion increases.Conclusion:(1)The time when PQ poisoning patients take GGO to the lungs and the relative area of GGO and the dose of toxic dose have a certain correlation.The prognosis of patients is related to the time when patients take poison to the GGO in the lungs and the relative area of GGO.It has certain clinical value for clinical judgment of disease and evaluation of prognosis.Pulmonary manifestations of PQ poisoning patients are related to the dose of poisoning and the time of poisoning.Chest CT examination can effectively evaluate the evolution of lung injury in patients with time,and has certain clinical guiding value for clinical judgment of patients with acute PQ poisoning.
