Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of pulmonary infection after radical resection of lung cancer. To explore the methods of preventing and reducing pulmonary infection after radical resection of lung cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients with lung cancer who underwent radical resection of lung cancer in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from February 2017 to December 2018were selected and divided into two groups according to the occurrence of pulmonary infection after operation.Through clinical observation and consulting relevant literature and research data, the age,sex,long-term smoking history,DM,hypertension, preoperative pulmonary function,COPD,operation time, intraoperative blood loss, mechanical ventilation time, operation mode, pathological type, pathological stage, postoperative incision pain, drainage tube indwelling time were selected for univariate analysis to screen out the factors affecting the pulmonary function after operation. The factors of infection were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software, independent sample t test and chi-square test.Logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the independent correlation factors affecting pulmonary infection after operation.Result:Within one month after operation,88 patients underwent radical resection of lung cancer. The incidence of pulmonary infection was 28,4%(25/88).Univariate correlation analysis showed that age(>60 years old),long-term smoking history(>400 cigarettes per year),diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, operation time(>3 hours),mechanical ventilation time, incision pain, retention time of thoracic drainage tube, operation method, pathological stage and other factors were related to the occurrence of pulmonary infection after operation. The difference was statistically significant.Meaning(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age(>60 years old),long-term smoking history(>400 cigarettes per year),diabetes mellitus(DM),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),operation time(>3 hours),obvious incision pain, time of indwelling thoracic drainage tube, operation mode and other factors may be independent influencing factors of pulmonary infection after lung cancer surgery.Conclusions:(1)Older age(>60 years old),long-term smoking history(>400 cigarettes per year),diabetes mellitus(DM),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),operation time(>3 hours),obvious incision pain, time of indwelling thoracic drainage tube, and operation method may be independent influencing factors of pulmonary infection after lung cancer surgery.(2)Corresponding prevention and treatment measures should be taken according to the above factors.Close observation of the clinical symptoms and signs of patients after operation and symptomatic treatment can reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection after operation.
