Study On The Effect Of Respiratory Function Exercise Under Mutual Aid Mode On Patients With Lung Cancer In Perioperativeb Period

Objective:This research implement the mutual aid mode of patientsto explore its effect on the postoperative pulmonary function rehabilitation,including the influence of operational duration,the amount of drainage fluidafter operation,the time of tube drawing post-operation,blood gas analysis and electrocardiogram monitoring.Methods:Seventy patients who accept radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma during Jan 2017 to Jan 2018at A hospital were chosen and separated into treatment group(thirty-five patients)and control group(thirty-five patients)randomly by using random numbers table.The control group given drug therapy and routine care in accordance with the doctor's advice,as a comparison,the treatment group set up support groups proceeding respiratory function exerciseon the basis of conventional nursing and drug therapy whichlasting sixty minutes each time,once a dayfor a week.This respiratory function exercise including prior period(knowing well),medium-term(exercising and sharing)and later period(Preoperative interpretation).The exercise is made up by three sections which are opening,respiratory function exerciseunder supervision of the nurse and sharing freely.By comparing the data collecting before and after the experiment from two groups,including general condition,blood gas analysis,electrocardiogram monitoring,operational duration,the amount of drainage fluid and the time of tube drawing post-operation,to compare the lung functional improvement of patients ineach group.All the data will be analyzed by SPSS21.0 software.the measurement data sized up with normal distribution shows by MeAN±.standarddeviation,the measurement data which can not sized up with normal distribution shows by median and quartile.The enumeration data shows by percentage,the measurement data between groups which sized up with Gaussian distribution use t-fest,which can not sized up with Gaussian distribution use Wilcoxon rank sum test.P?0.05 means the difference has statistical significance.Result:1.In this research,both experimental group and the control group contains thirty-five example,the age of experimental group(59.00,9.00).the age of the control group(57.00,10.00)the average of the two groups(Z=-0.24,P=0.81),gender(X~2=0.00,P>0.05).education condition(X~2=0.62,P=0.73)marital status(X~2=0.35,P>0.05).family income(X~2=0.30,P=0.79),the difference doesn't have statistical significance,and the two groups have comparability.2.Compare the time of the operation between experimental group and the control group.the difference doesn't have statistical significance(Z=-0.44,P=0.66)compare the drainage amount of the experimental groupand the control group post-operation,the difference doesn't have statistical significance(Z=-0.91,P=0.36)Compare the time of tube drawing post-operation.Compare the time of tube drawing post_operation of the experimental group and the control group,the difference doesn't have statistical significant(Z=0.36,P=0.72).3.Compare the fever situation of the experimental group and thecontrol group post-operation has statistical significance(X~2=7.74,P?0.05).4.Compare the oxygen partial pressure between the experimental group and the control group pre operation[(79.10,20.00)(79.40,13.80;)Z=-0.19,P=0.85]and the oxygen paritial pressure between the two groups post operation[(78.00,13.00)(80.00,10.00);Z=-0.94,P=0.35]the difference doesn't have statistical significance The compare within the two groups,before this experiment,the difference doesn't have statistical significance(P>0.05).5.Compare the partial pressure of carbon dioxide between the experimental group and the control group pre operation[(38.00,5.00)(40.80,5.60);Z=-2.75,P?0.05]compare the partial pressure of carbon dioxide between the toe groups post operation[(43.00,7.00)(49.00,11.00);Z=-3.14,P?0.05]the difference has statistical significance remarkably.The compare within the two groups before the experiment,the difference has statistical significance(P?0.05).6.Compure the heart rate of the experimental group and the control group pre operation[(76.00,10.00)(74.00,10.00);Z=-0.05,P=0.96]compare the heart rate of the two groups post operation[(92.00,22.00)Z=-0.80,P=0.43]the difference doesn't have statistical significance.7.Compare the breathe of the experimental group and the control group pre operation[(18.00,3.00)(8.00,1.00);Z=0.96,P=0.34],the difference compare the breathe of the two groups post operation[(22.00,5.00)(25.00,3.00);Z=-4.18,P?0.01]the difference has statistical significance remarkably.Conclusion:Through the help of the patients mutual aid mode,the respiratory function exercise improved the lung capacity of the patients,reduced the burden of respiratory muscle groups,and reduced the incidence of postoperative infection in patients with lung cancer.But short-term breathing exercises are less effective in improving lung function.
