As an emerging intelligent health service in the market,smart health care service has the characteristics of data-based,scenarized and preventive.On the one hand,it can relieve the current situation of the shortage of medical resources and uneven distribution.On the other hand,we can cultivate consumers' concept and habit of health care prevention and control before the disease,so as to achieve early prevention,early detection,early diagnosis and treatment.Finally,reduce consumers' pain and the cost of medical treatment.However,as the development of the market is not mature,the consumption level is limited and consumers are influenced by traditional concept,the smart health care service is not widely understood and adopted.In addition,with the development of the market,there are more smart health care services with different functions and features,so it is more difficult for consumers to choose the appropriate and high-quality one.How to promote the promotion of smart health care service and consumers' adoption is a major problem facing the industry.However,there are few studies on the adoption of smart health care service and its influential factors.Therefore,it is necessary to choose a more suitable method to conduct in-depth analysis and empirical research.The purpose is to guide the smart health care service providers to optimize the service and market strategy,so as to promote the popularization of smart health care service in the domestic market.Based on the theoretical analysis,literature analysis and the improvement of the Delphi method(Delphi),this paper constructs an index system of key influential factors of consumers' adoption of smart health care service.On this basis,the improved multiple attribute decision model(MADM)is used to build an smart health care service consumer adoption evaluation model using the MATLAB software.The model identifies the interaction among key influential factors and build a influential network relationship map(INRM),then calculates the influential weight of each key factor.Based on these factors,the paper evaluates three smart health care services and does the comprehensive evaluation.The model verification and empirical analysis are carried out,and then the paper gives advice for service provider on promoting their service and market strategy.The results show that the macro environment,service characteristics,user characteristics and information access channels are the four dimensions that affect consumers' adoption of smart health care services,including twelve key factors in total.There is a network interaction relationship among key factors,and they have a synergistic effect on the adoption of consumers.So the non-additive improved fuzzy integral is more suitable to applied to reality situation than additive improved VIKOR method.According to the results of the service assessment,the following suggestions are put forward for the smart health care service provider: use a variety of marketing combination tools to promote the service,letting consumer fully understand their service;guarantee information security,and publicize the efforts and advantages of smart health care service in privacy protection,so as to dispel consumers' misgivings;control the price or optimize the service experience to improve the perceived cost performance,and then promote consumers' adoption.
