After the 1980s,China implemented a medical system reform with remarkable results.In particular,the rapid development of the medical market has led people to pay attention to the management system and operation mode of public hospitals.As medical reform enters a new stage of development,the influence of internal control in public hospitals continues to expand.As an important part of hospitals providing medical services,safe and effective management is conducive to ensuring the normal development of hospital work,and has a greater correlation with the patient's life safety,and can also enhance the hospital image and create greater economic benefits.The perfect drug management model can reduce hospital operating costs,simplify its operational processes,and maintain the overall competitive advantage of the hospital.This article refers to the relevant theory,takes X County Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object,analyzes the internal control status of drug management,and finds the internal control organization structure of drug management in X County Chinese Medicine Hospital according to several stages of drug procurement,warehousing,storage and delivery.Unreasonable,unclear systems,unclear division of powers and responsibilities,backward internal control methods,and lack of internal control oversight mechanisms.This paper analyzes the causes of the specific problems in the internal control process,and proposes relevant optimization suggestions in order to provide reference for the optimization of the internal control system of the drug in X County Hospital.Relevant optimization suggestions include: setting up a special pharmacy management committee to divide its basic responsibilities;improving the system and process of drug procurement,warehousing,storage,and delivery;strengthening the construction and application of information systems,and strengthening the use of HIS systems in the hospital Construction of internal control supervision and establishment of internal audit institutions of hospitals.
