Study On Internal Control Of Drug Management In LX Hospital

With the deepening of China's medical and health system reform,medical and health services have been developing rapidly and rapidly.The new medical reform has accelerated the marketization process of public hospitals.But in recent years,the problem of "seeing a doctor hard and expensive" has not been fundamentally improved as the most intense problem of people's livelihood.There are many conflicts between doctors and patients caused by drugs,such as drug disorderly prescriptions,high price of drugs and poor quality of medicines.As the material basis of drug hospital to carry out medical activities,effective management of drugs,not only related to the interests of patients,but also closely related with the hospital management cost and economic benefit,which will require hospitals to strengthen the drug management of internal control,ensure the security and integrity of the hospital,so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital the.As a leader in the basic medical institutions,the reform and improvement of county hospitals is the important task of the new medical reform.Therefore,it is necessary to study the internal control of drug management in county hospitals.This paper begins with the theory of internal control,and first expounds the contents of internal control.Then through the case of LX hospital combined with the theory of internal control,the status,problems and reasons of internal control in drug management are analyzed.Finally,according to the actual situation and problems of LX hospital,combined with the internal control theory,respectively from the internal environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication and internal supervision aspects,propose the drug management on internal control improvement.This paper uses the literature analysis,field survey method and case study method,through detailed research on drug management of LX Hospital of the entire process,and in-depth understanding of the link of the drug procurement,acceptance of storage and expenditure management,inventory management,detailed analysis of the various aspects of the existing problems,and puts forward some the improvement suggestion.We hope to provide a reference for the construction of the internal control system of drug management in the hospital,and to make a little effort for the management and development of the hospital.It is also hoped that this case study can provide some references for the optimization of internal control of drug management in similar county hospitals,and further promote the internal control of drug administration in medical institutions.
