| Objective: In this study,Yiqi Gubiao Decoction was used as the basis for the treatment of 3-6 years old children's sweat syndrome(lung health is not fixed),Through objective and standard clinical randomized controlled trials,Observing the clinical symptoms of this therapy in children with pediatric sweat syndrome,Improve the value of quality of life and other aspects.Method: In this study,60 patients with swine syndrome who were diagnosed as non-solid type of lung and incompatibility were included in the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given Yiqi Gubiao Decoction as the basis for addition and subtraction of oral treatment,and the control group was given Danxi Yupingfeng Powder for oral treatment.Both groups were treated for 1 week,and after 4courses of treatment,the drug was discontinued,and the short-term efficacy evaluation was performed.After 2 months of withdrawal,the long-term efficacy evaluation was performed.TCM symptom score and visual and tactile simulation score were performed at different stages before treatment,after treatment and 2 months after drug withdrawal.The data collected at each time point were analyzed and calculated,and the clinical efficacy of each group was evaluated.Results:1.Baseline analysisThere was no significant difference in gender,age and duration between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);Before treatment,the scores of TCM main symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores and visual tactile simulation scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05);There is comparability between the two groups.2.Comparison of clinical symptomsAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group recovered 21 cases(72.41%),markedly effective in 5 cases(17.24%),effective in 2 cases(6.89%),ineffective in 1 case(3.44%),total effective rate in 28 cases(96.55%);The group was cured in 10 cases(34.48%),markedly effective in 7 cases(24.14%),effective in 7 cases(24.14%),ineffective in 5 cases(17.24%),total effective rate in 24 cases(82.76%);statistically,P< 0.05,the two groups were statisticallysignificant,and the overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.3.Comparison of TCM Syndrome PointsAfter treatment,both groups can improve the degree of sweating of the main symptoms,and the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);the two groups can improve the minor symptoms of the wind,fatigue,and the efficacy of the two groups However,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups had improved symptoms of secondary food,urine,and facial color,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Visual tactile simulation scoreAfter treatment,the scores of the visual tactile simulation scores of both groups were decreased,and the treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Long-term efficacyThe patients were followed up for 2 months.The difference between the primary and secondary syndrome scores in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total scores of the primary and secondary syndromes in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the scores of the secondary syndrome group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.01),both groups had a certain long-term effect,and the long-term effect of the treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion: Based on Yiqi Gubiao Decoction,the treatment of 3-6 years old Feiwei non-solid pediatric sweat syndrome has a good clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application. |
