A Research On Public Health Supervision And Administration In Shapingba District Of Chongqing City

Public health security is closely related to the daily life of the people.The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to improve the public service system,protect the basic livelihood of the people,and constantly meet the people's growing needs for a better life.In recent years,the health supervision agencies have continuously increased their supervision.Although they have played a deterrent role in the bad units by increasing law enforcement and serious investigations of illegal activities,due to factors such as low self-discipline in the industry,the overall level of the supervised units cannot be fully meet national health standards and mass health requirements.This paper uses the investigation research method,the field research method and the literature research method to sort out the status quo of public health supervision and management in Shapingba District of Chongqing.From the perspective of public management related theories,this paper analyzes the causes of current problems,finds the key factors affecting public health supervision and management,and then proposes countermeasures for improving public health supervision and management effectiveness in Shapingba District.The focus of this paper is to find concrete measures for grassroots health supervision agencies and effectively address public health supervision issues by improving their functions.The innovation is that the theory is highly targeted.Based on a variety of public management theories,we will find out the main problems of public health supervision and management in Shapingba District,and start from these problems to conduct multi-angle analysis.In addition to the introduction,the research mainly consists of five parts.The first part mainly defines the related concepts of public health supervision,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper to extract the key points of relevant theories.The second part discusses the basic situation of public health supervision and management in Shapingba District,and compares the questionnaire survey with the field research to analyze the logical evidence.The third part analyzes the problems and causes in the public health supervision and management of Shapingba District.The fourth part proposes countermeasures to improve public health supervision and management in Shapingba District by applying key points of relevant theories.The fifth part concludes and forecasts.It is hoped that through this research,the innovation management of public health supervision in Shapingba District will be improved,and at the same time it will attract the attention of relevant local governments and relevant departments,so as to propose a solution for the development of grassroots public health supervision in China.
