Objective: Exploring the application value of HRCT enhanced examination in staging of colorectal cancer in Tibet. It is used as a theoretical basis and reference for the clinical work of HRCT enhanced examination and evaluation of colorectal cancer staging in Tibet. Methods: Collection of data on patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by surgery and pathology from January 2014 to December 2017 at the People's Hospital of the Tibet Autonomous Region.Being dependent on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 49 patients with standard data were obtained. All patients received HRCT enhancement examination within 2 weeks before surgery, and the data were expected to be completed. The HRCT enhanced image is given by 3 people, the author, the attending physician, and the deputy chief physician.Consensus when there is disagreement. The incidence of colorectal cancer, the depth of tumor invasion, the invasion of adjacent tissues, tumor deposition, the presence of enlarged lymph nodes and distant metastasis were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed.Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS19.0 statistical software package.Statistical analysis was performed.Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS19.0 statistical software package. The count data describe the adoption rate and composition ratio, and the measurement data description uses the mean ± standard deviation. The consistency test utilizes the KAPPA test.Iceland>0.75 is compatible.KAPPA 0.75-0.40 is consistent.KAPPA <0.40 is poor consistency. The test level ?=0.05,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)T staging result: The pathological diagnosis was 6 cases of colorectal cancer with ? T2 stage,5 cases of ? T2 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy of HRCT examination for colorectal cancer was27.96%(48/49).The pathological diagnosis was 13 cases of colorectal cancer in T3 stage,11 cases of T3 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy rate of T3 stage of colorectal cancer by HRCT enhanced test was91.84%(45/49).The pathological diagnosis was 30 cases of colorectal cancer in T4 stage,33 cases of T4 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy rate of HRCT enhanced examination in colorectal cancer T4 stage was 93.88%(46/49).HRCT enhanced examination for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer T staging is 93.29%.Consistency test was performed with the postoperative pathological T stage diagnosis results. The KAPPA coefficient was 0.842,P=0.000.The HRCT enhanced examination has high diagnostic accuracy for the results of ?T2,T3 and T4 in colorectal cancer, and has to be in conformity with pathological T staging.(2)N staging consequence: The pathological diagnosis was 34 cases of colorectal cancer in N0 stage,9 cases of N0 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy of HRCT enhanced examination in colorectal cancer N0 stage was 44.90%(22/49).The pathological diagnosis was ten cases of colorectalcancer in N1 stage,15 cases of N1 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy of HRCT enhanced examination in colorectal cancer N1 stage was65.31%(32/49).The pathological diagnosis was five cases of colorectal cancer in N2 stage,25 cases of N2 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy rate of HRCT enhanced examination in colorectal cancer N2 stage was 55.10%(27/49).Accuracy of HRCT enhanced examination for N-stage diagnosis of colorectal cancer was 55.10%.Consistency test was performed with postoperative pathological N staging results. The KAPPA coefficient was 0.112,P=0.094,P >0.05.The HRCT enhanced examination had a low diagnostic accuracy for N-stage results of colorectal cancer, and there was no statistically significant consistency test with pathological N-stage results.(3)M staging results: The pathological diagnosis was 41 cases of colorectal cancer in M0 stage,41 cases of M0 stage diagnosed by HRCT,and the accuracy of HRCT enhanced examination in M0 stage of colorectal cancer was 100%(49/49).The bacteriological diagnosis went eight cases of colorectal cancer in M1 stage,8 cases of M1 stage by HRCT,and 100%(49/49)of HRCT enhanced examination in M1 stage of colorectal cancer.Accuracy of HRCT enhanced examination for M stage staging of colorectal cancer was 100.0%.Consistency test was performed with postoperative pathological M staging results. The KAPPA coefficient was 1.000,P=0.000.The HRCT enhanced examination has a high diagnostic accuracy for colorectal cancer M staging results, and has to be in conformity withpathological staging results.Conclusion:(1)HRCT enhanced examination is under a high accuracy rate for preoperative T staging of colorectal cancer, and has excellent consistency with pathological T staging consequences, and has a great reference for the choice of clinical treatment methods.(2)HRCT enhanced examination has a low accuracy rate for preoperative N staging of colorectal cancer, and there is no statistically meaningful consistent with pathological N staging results, but some tumor deposition can be found, which has certain reference value for the choice of clinical treatment.(3)HRCT enhanced examination has superior accuracy in preoperative M staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and is in line with pathological M staging results. It has a complete reference value for the choice of clinical treatment.(4)The HRCT enhanced examination has different consequences for the N-stage diagnosis of colorectal cancer and most of the results of the mainland. The guess may be linked to the criteria for determining lymph node metastasis.
