The Local Construction Path And Practical Problems Of GSP Health Welfare Security

Health is closely related to everyone and is the most important part of social security programs,and health insurance,medical assistance or care insurance are all safeguard policies that exist to promote health.At present,the research on the development of Health welfare focuses on the perspectives of health policy,health economics and social welfare,and there is no clear answer as to whether health and welfare should be developed,how to develop and develop,and the health and welfare system in different countries is being explored and improved.Summarizing the experience and law of health and welfare development from the different forms of institutional model,combining with Zhejiang's experience to further explore the development path of health and welfare in China is helpful to realize the universal sharing of social health and welfare resources,which has positive practical significance for realizing the strategic goal of healthy China.Starting from the perspective of developing health and welfare,this paper analyzes the reality,policy and theoretical background of health and welfare development.This paper expounds the significance of health welfare development and the main problems faced from four aspects of individual,macro-economy,system and society.This paper analyzes and summarizes the experience and laws of health and welfare development at home and abroad,and puts forward three major doubts about the development of health and welfare on the basis of experience and problem analysis,namely,the orientation of health and welfare level,the orientation of health and welfare supply side,the relationship between health welfare water and GDP,and the examination and analysis of doubts.Through SPSS statistical software to predict the target value of per capita life expectancy and the level of health and welfare in "healthy China 2030",it is concluded that the current level and trend of health benefits cannot successfully achieve the goal of healthy China;In the relationship between economy and health benefits,the innovative method of decoupling test leads to the conclusion that there is no inevitable link between the two,which provides support for getting rid of the fear of welfare.Using Pearson correlation analysis in theinfluence of supply subject on health level,it is concluded that the government's health input is positively correlated with the health level and the personal input is the opposite,which affirms the main responsibility of the Government in the process of promoting health and welfare.In the summary part,the article reaffirms the importance of popularizing basic health benefits,improving the level of health benefits and clarifying the main body of health and welfare supply,and reflects on the problems existing in the process of health and welfare development,which is also a suggestion on the problems that may be encountered in the process of health and welfare development.China should develop basic inclusive health benefits in line with Chinese characteristics in the light of national conditions,and seek the development of multi-level health and welfare embodiment on the basis of safeguarding people's basic right to health.The development of health and welfare is based on the trend of satisfying the health needs and adapting to the development requirements of the health system,and it is also an important means to guarantee the health rights of the people.
