Objective: This study was conducted by retrospective analysis of the clinical preoperative and postoperative data of 60 patients with complicated calcaneal fractures.The application of locking plate internal fixation combined with Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of preoperative and postoperative patients was effective.To evaluate whether the application of Xiaozhongzhitong Mixture in patients with calcaneal fracture surgery can promote the healing of fractures,accelerate the regression of tissue swelling,reduce postoperative complications,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods: This study included 60 patients with Sanders type III or more calcaneal fractures.The medical records were obtained from the Department of Orthopaedics of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into two groups: 30 patients in the treatment group.The treatment group underwent open reduction and internal fixation with autologous Large section of iliac bone graft,patients with oral swelling and pain relief mixture 50 ml,3 times / day,2 weeks for a course of treatment;30 patients in the control group,open reduction and internal fixation with autologous iliac bone graft,given vein Instilled with mannitol.Preoperative soft tissue swelling degree,injury to surgery time,preoperative and postoperative pain score,postoperative foot function recovery,incidence of postoperative incision necrosis,calcaneal Boheler angle,Gissane angle data follow-up,6 postoperative The data obtained from the monthly follow-up were analyzed and processed using SPSS18.0 statistical software to evaluate the efficacy.Results: Sixty patients with complicated calcaneal fractures were followed up for 6months.There was no fracture nonunion and bone healing.All patients from injury to operation time,an average of 7 days.The follow-up results showed that the two groups of patients had preoperative and postoperative pain.In the treatment group,the preoperative pain score(2.19±0.97),postoperative score(3.40±0.80),preoperative pain score(1.17±1.14),postoperative score(4.10±0.70),and preoperative group The postoperative pain scores were P <0.05.The difference was statistically significantand comparable.The injury time to surgery time between the two groups was(6.02±0.59)days in the treatment group and the operation time was in the control group(7.49±0.82)days,the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The preoperative sacral circumference and foot circumference were compared between the two groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The results of the reexamination of the smear showed that the average Bohler angle(16.85±6.31)in the group of Xiaozhongzhitong Mixture was(31.40±5.24)in the 6 months after operation,and the Bohler angle(16.92±3.74)in the mannitol group.June is(30.11±3.99),no comparison before surgery The statistical significance was significant(P > 0.05).The results were significantly better than those before surgery(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The preoperative Gissane angle was(128.28±7.19)in the group of Xiaozhongzhitong Mixture.),postoperatively(137.15±5.90),Gustane angle before operation(126.06±6.51)in the mannitol group,and(140.01±5.25)after operation.The results of Gissane angle before and after surgery were comparable between the two groups.Statistically significant(P <0.05);pain in 6 months after surgery showed that the pain rate was10% in the Xiaozhongzhitong mixture group and 40% in the mannitol group,P <0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The incidence of incisional bad healing in the two groups showed that 30 patients in the Xiaozhongzhitong mixture group had wound infection in one case,and 3 patients in the mannitol group developed incision infection.Significantly statistically significant,P > 0.05,but the incidence of incisional infection was significantly lower in the Xiaozhongzhitong mixture group than in the control group.There was no significant difference in the healing time between the two groups(P > 0.05).The results of postoperative fracture healing showed that the healing time of the swelling and pain-relieving group was(65.62±8.51)d,and the bone in the mannitol group.The time of sexual healing was(72.68±4.87).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative and postoperative Maryland foot scores and AOFAS scores were statistically significant,P <0.05.has statistical significane.Conclusions: There were significant differences between the two groups in theMaryland foot score,AOFAS score,Bolher angle,Gissane angle,average fracture healing time,preoperative and postoperative pain scores,injury to surgery time,preoperative sacral circumference,and foot circumference.Comparable(P <0.05),the incidence of postoperative wound healing and the time of wound healing were not statistically significant,but the incidence of incision infection was significantly lower in the Xiaozhongzhitong mixture group than in the control group.Surgical treatment of complex calcaneal fractures and autogenous iliac bone grafting,combined with traditional Chinese medicine Xiaozhongzhitong mixture,can improve functional symptoms,relieve pain symptoms,shorten the number of days caused by injury,prevent incision infection,and shorten fractures.Healing time.
