Objective: to observe the difference of clinical efficacy between magnetic needle and filiform needle in the treatment of Chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to compare its effectiveness and safety. Methods: from June 2017 to June 2018,72 cases of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis treated in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion center of the affiliated hospital of gansu university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into magnetic pole beauty needle treatment group and millineedle control group. The two groups received acupuncture treatment at the facial patch area and other points of the body, once a day for 10 times as a course of treatment, with a total of 6 courses of treatment. The degree of skin lesions and accompanying symptoms of patients with chloasma were recorded after 6 courses of treatment. The total effective rate of the two groups was calculated and compared by filling in the area score, color score and quantitative total score of TCM syndromes of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Results:1.After 6 courses of treatment, the total quantitative points of chloasma area, color and TCM syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis in the two groups were all decreased compared with that before treatment, and the reduction was greater in the magnetic pole beauty needle group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after 6 courses of treatment, the total effective rate(91.4%)of the magnetic needle group was significantly higher than that of the millineedle group(68.6%),and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate(94.3%)of the magnetic pole beauty needle group was significantly higher than that of the filiform needle group(74.3%),and the difference in clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: compared with filiform needle therapy, magnetic pole beauty needle has more significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and can further improve the manifestations of TCM syndromes, with mild pain stimulation, good patient compliance and high safety, and reliable long-term efficacy, which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
