Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common high-grade and malignant tumors that seriously threaten human life and health. It has the third highest incidence rate in the world, and once it has metastasized, the mortality rate will increase dramatically.Studies have shown that reproductive organs are one of the major metastatic organs of the disease and account for about 62.9% of metastatic ovarian cancers derived from non-reproductive organs. However, the process of colorectal cancer metastasis in the genital organs, treatment methods and related drugs have rarely been reported. At present, the mechanism of metastasis of colorectal cancer has not yet been clarified, and transplantation animal models still have important value in the study of this disease.Based on the above reasons,it is of great significance to establish a stable animal model of colorectal neoplasms that occurs in the genital organs to study the treatment of colorectal cancer metastasis and the development of anti-tumor drugs. This study to BALB/c mice as experimental object, the difference of gender in mice were randomly divided into four group(using CT26 cells after subcutaneous 3 generation of heartfelt liquid)fibrin gel were used respectively to transplant and pouch suture transplantation inoculated two operation methods, surgical minimally invasive reproductive organs subcutaneous implant fixation in mice, mice to observe the physiological status, tumor rate, transplanted tumor growth, shape, and the control group(only take the subcutaneous injection of tumor cell suspension)compares and analyses the success rate of modeling for tumors had tissue specimen for pathological section.Through SPSS19.0 statistical analysis to establish a more stable, economic and efficient modeling method. Results: 1.Vaccinated group integrated into fibrin gel transplantation tumor rate(72%)than pouch suture transplant vaccinated group integrated into tumor rate(59%),significant difference(P < 0.05);2.The CT26 cell lines subcutaneous subculture transplantation group integrated survival rate 65.50%(131/200)and subcutaneous injection of the original generation CT26 cell suspension control group survival rate 16.25%(13/80),extremely significant difference with statistical significance;3.The average survival days of mice inoculated into tumor surgery transplantation 25.86 d,the average time to tumor group A(13.37+3.06)d,group B average time(12.33+2.45)and,group C average into tumor(15.66+3.77)d,group D average time(14.25+2.08)and.Fibrin gel transplantation into tumor tissue pathological features can meet the demand of oncology animal model. Conclusion:The pathological features of fibrin gel grafts into tumor tissue meet the needs of animal models for oncology. An effective animal model of reproductive organ transplanted tumor of CT26 cells was established, which laid the foundation of animal model for the study of the disease.
