Objective:To compare the detection rate of 25MHz and 50MHz ultrasound biological microscope in the diagnosis of lens subluxation after glaucoma.Methods:From April 2018 to February 2019,57 patients(95 eyes)who were to undergo cataract surgery after glaucoma surgery were selected from the Department of Ophthalmology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.Among the 57 cases,30 males and 27 females were aged 52-83 years,with an average age of 67.11±7.99 years.Two devices(25MHzUBM and 50MHzUBM)were used for random scanning.The most significant octave image of lens subluxation was collected.The location of subluxation was carefully scanned to determine the range and quadrant of lens subluxation.The image features of lens subluxation collected by the two devices and the number of cases diagnosed by the two devices were recorded and verified with intraoperative findings.Independent-samples t-test and X~2 test(chi-square test)were used for data analysis,and SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis.The data were expressed as mean standard deviation,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:Among the 95 eyes,59 eyes had undergone trabeculectomy,and 36 eyes had undergone laser peripheral iridectomy.The detection rate of 25MHz UBM after trabeculectomy is higher than that of 50MHz UBM,and that of 50MHz UBM after laser peripheral iridectomy is higher than that of 25MHz UBM.After statistical analysis,the detection rates of 50MHz UBM and 25MHz UBM in the two types of glaucoma after the lens subluxation were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the most significant direction of lens subluxation,the maximum distance measured by25MHz UBM was greater than that by 50MHz UBM,while the minimum distance was smaller than that by 50MHz UBM.The maximum distance of 25MHz UBM and50MHz UBM from the ciliary process was 3.30±0.96 mm,2.51±0.35 mm,minimum distance were 0.51±0.20 mm,0.64±0.10 mm,the difference between maximum distance and minimum distance were 2.53±0.73mm,1.89±0.25mm.compared to the results,both differences statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:25MHzUBM has a high detection rate in patients with lens subluxation after trabeculectomy.50MHzUBM has a high detection rate in patients with lens subluxation after laser peripheral iridectomy.
