Objective: Type 2 diabetes related risk factors of postoperative cognitive dysfunction analysis.Analysis of Hb Alc level, explore the postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with diabetes and Hb Alc relationship. Methods: Selected during May 2017 to August 2018 in shengjing hospital downward vitrectomy patients,102 cases of general anesthesia.According to whether the patients for type II diabetes, and a1 c levels without diabetes, low glycosylated hemoglobin group(type II diabetes,Hb A1 c < 7.0),high glycosylated hemoglobin group(type II diabetes,Hb A1 c 7.0 or higher).Collect the patient's general information, and the patients with preoperative and postoperative follow-up on the third day,a day to simple mental state examination(MMSE)scores. Results: Three groups of patients in the fixed number of year of the operation time, sex, education and history of cerebral infarction was no statistical significance(P >0.05).Three groups of patients in the MMSE score, age,BMI,Hb A1 c,preoperative blood glucose and high blood pressure history comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among them, the MMSE score high glycosylated hemoglobin group is lower than the other two groups and had statistical significance.Three groups of patients in the MMSE score and memory power ratings have statistical difference(P <0.05).With MMSE score as the dependent variable, gender, age, education, age,BMI,glycosylated hemoglobin, operation time, preoperative blood glucose, blood pressure and cerebral infarction medical history as the independent variable binary logistic regression analysis, and the results showed that age(to decide = 0.293,OR = 0.293,P < 0.05),glycosylated hemoglobin(to decide = 0.935,OR = 0.935,P < 0.05)is the influence factors of patients with general anesthesia downlink vitrectomy MMSE score. Conclusions: This study by observing whether Hb Alc level related to postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with general anesthesia, found that age and Hb Alc is a risk factor for postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with general anesthesia.Incidence of postoperative cognitive impairment in patients with diabetes rates than non-diabetic patients, and Hb Alc value is higher, the greater the risk.
