Objective:To analyze the risk factors associated with hypertension combined with cerebral infarction, and to explore the features of MRI in patients with hypertension combined with cerebral infarction,it provides reference for clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis is performed on 600 patients who were admitted to our hospital and scanned by cranial MRI,the selected cases are divided into 3 groups according to the patient's condition.Group A: 200 cases of hypertension combined with cerebral infarction, there are 113 males and 87 females, with an average age of 65.Group B: 200 cases of hypertension without cerebral infarction, there are 87 males and 113 females, with an average age of 54.Group C: 200 cases of cerebral infarction without hypertension, there are 129 males and 71 females, with an average age of 66.Comparing the clinical and biochemical indicators of group A and group B,univariate analysis of possible risk factors, and then using logistic regression to analyze the multifactorial analysis of risk factors.Observe the characteristics of lesions in group A and C,and investigate the MRI features of hypertension combined with cerebral infarction by chi-square test.Results:1.Univariate analysis of group A and group B showed that, age ? 60,smoking history, diabetes history, history of coronary heart disease, hypertension grading, hypertension duration, hypertension control compliance, fasting plasma glucose >6.1,TG>1.8,LDL-C>3.6,HbA1C?9% comparison, the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of group A and group B showed that,age?60 years old(OR=8.307),diabetes history(OR=2.877),hypertension grading, duration of hypertension,TG>1.8(OR=2.7)are independent risk factors for hypertension combined with cerebral infarction;hypertension control compliance(OR=0.46)is an independent protective factor for hypertension combined with cerebral infarction.3.Comparison between group A and group C showed that,large-area,recurrent and multifocal cerebral infarction are common in patients with hypertension combined with cerebral infarction.Conclusion:1.The main risk factors for hypertension combined with cerebral infarction are age?60,history of diabetes, hypertension classification, duration of hypertension,TG>1.8,and the protective factor is the standard of hypertension control.2.Compared with simple cerebral infarction,large-area cerebral infarction, recurrent cerebral infarction and multiple cerebral infarction are more common in hypertension combined with cerebral infarction.
