Objective:To understand the exposure and characteristics of cardiovascular risk factors in female doctors in northern China, and to analyze the risk factors of hypertension,to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases among female doctors in northern China. Methods: 1.Subjects This study was part of a cohort study of cardiovascular risk factors among female doctors in the Chinese Society of Cardiovascular Disease(Women Health Group). In northern China,12 tertiary hospitals and 3 secondary hospitals were randomly selected from 8 cities, such as Inner Mongolia,Siping,Shenyang and Dalian, and then female doctors aged 35 and over were randomly selected from 15 selected hospitals by systematic sampling method to collect the data of blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar, body weight, smoking and so on by means of questionnaire.A total of 700 questionnaires were collected, and 681 samples were obtained from female doctors aged 35-65 years. They were divided into 35-45-year-old group(372),46-55-year-old group(261)and 56-65-year-old group(48).In the healthy control group,334 healthy women of the community were randomly selected from the subjects as the control group,43 in the 35-45-year-old group,114 in the 46-55-year-old group, and 177 in the 56-65-year-old group. The indexes matched the contents of the questionnaire of female doctors were intercepted,to compare and analyze the distribution and characteristics of cardiovascular risk factors of female doctors, and the risk factors of hypertension were analyzed.2.Methods Adopt the way of case-control study, adopt the unified investigation plan, investigation manual and investigation form to collect information, and train the investigators, data entry and quality control personnel uniformly. The survey includes: basic personal information, lifestyle,Personal history, family history, menstrual and reproductive history, body measurements and laboratory tests.3.Statistical analysis SPSS22.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis,Kolmogorov-Smimov method was used to test normality, quantitative data conforming to normality were described statistically as mean ± standard deviation(SD),and independent sample t-test was used to compare the mean.One-way ANOVA was used to compare the data between groups.According to the variance homogeneity test,(LSD)or Dunnettundefineds T 3 were used to compare the data of each group. The percentage(%)was used to describe the counting data. The comparison of the rates was analyzed by ?~2-test.The risk factors of hypertension were analyzed by univariate non-conditional Logistic regression analysis, independent variables were selected and multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis was carried out.? = 0.05 was the level of statistical analysis, and P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: 1.Comparison of overall cardiovascular risk factors between female doctors and healthy women in the community: although the age of the female doctor group is significantly lower than that of the community healthy female control group(P?0.01),family history of cardiovascular disease exposure rate, exercise deficiency, sleep deficiency ratio was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.001).2.Comparison of cardiovascular risk factors between female doctors and community healthy women according to age: the female doctor group and the community healthy female control group were divided into three groups according to their age: 35-45-yearold,46-55-year-old and 56-65-year-old,respectively.Compared with the community healthy female control group, the exposure rate of family history of cardiovascular diseases in the female doctor group was significantly higher than that in the community healthy female control group(P?0.001),and the exposure rate of sleep deficiency was significantly higher in the female doctor group(35-45-year-old and 46-55-year-old groups,P<0.001,56-65-year-old group,P=0.002).In 46-55-year-old group and 56-65-year-old group, the exposure rate of exercise deficiency in female doctor group was significantly increased(P=0.031,P=0.001),and the serum total cholesterol level and serum low density lipoprotein level were significantly increased(P<0.05).3.Comparison of different age groups between female doctors and community healthy female control groups: the exposure rate of postmenopause,overweight/obesity and blood glucose level were significantly increased(P<0.001),and the serum total cholesterol level and low density lipoprotein(LDL)level were significantly higher in the 56-65-year-old female doctor group than those in the previous two groups(P<0.001).In the community healthy female group, the exposure rate of exercise deficiency and menopause was significantly increased(P<0.001),and the levels of serum glycerol trifat, serum total cholesterol and serum low density lipoprotein were significantly higher in the 56-65-year-old group than those in the former two groups(P<0.05).4.The main risk factors of hypertension in the female doctors were age(OR=1.110),high low-density lipoproteinemia(OR=2.975),overweight /obesity(OR=5.491)and sleep deficiency(OR=2.273).Conclusion:Female doctors in northern China were at high risk of cardiovascular disease.Early exposure to risk factors was closely related to the occupation and lifestyle of female doctors, and the risk factors of hypertension were also independently related to lifestyle. The early warning index of cardiovascular disease should be paid more attention to by female doctors,so that the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease could be more targeted, practical and effective,so as to promote the health status of female doctors and do a good job of primary prevention of cardiovascular risk factors.
