Objective:Acute heart failure is an abnormality in the structure and function of the heart due to various reasons. It can cause a sharp drop in the blood pumping function of the patient's heart, which can eventually lead to severe perfusion of the whole body tissues and organs and the manifestation of Western congestion. There are many drugs for treating heart failure.Levosimendan is a new type of calcium ion sensitizer that can increase blood supply to the heart without increasing myocardial oxygen consumption. This study was designed to compare the effects of levosimendan on clinical outcomes, hemodynamics, ejection fraction,NT-proBNP levels, and length of hospital stay in patients with acute heart failure compared with conventional treatment regimens. Methods:Eighty patients with acute heart failure from June 2017 to June 2018 in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were enrolled.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into experimental group?conventional treatment+levosimendan?and control group.?conventional treatment?,40 people per group.Observed and compared the clinical efficacy and hemodynamic changes?cardiac output?CO?,heart index?CI?,stroke volume?SV?,stroke index?SVI?,total?of the two groups before and 24 hours after administration.Peripheral vascular resistance?TPR?,total peripheral resistance index?TPRI?,pleural fluid content?TFC?,tissue oxygen saturation?StO2?,ejection fraction?EF?,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide?NT-proBNP?Changes in hospital stay. Results:Before treatment, the clinical efficacy, hemodynamic parameters,StO2,EF,and NT-proBNP were not significantly different between the two groups?p>0.05?.After administration, the hemodynamic parameters of the experimental group were higher than those before treatment?p<0.05?,and the CI,SVI and TPRI of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The control group?p<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant;the StO2 level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group?p<0.05?,and the EF and NT-proBNP levels were lower than the control group?p<0.05?.Both were statistically significant. Conclusion:Levosimendan can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute left heart failure, enhance cardiac pumping function, reduce peripheral vascular resistance, improve tissue perfusion, reduce NT-proBNP,and improve ejection fraction.
