Objective: To analyze the related factors affecting renal failure after renal transplantation.Method:Retrospective analysis of 457 patients with renal function recovery after renal transplantation in our hospital from 1992 to 2012,71 cases of graft failure.Relevant factors were collected including receptor gender, recipient age, preoperative hypertension, preoperative dialysis time(month),blood type, donor kidney, warm ischemia time, cold ischemia time, and lavage fluid volume.,hospitalization time of transplanted kidney surgery, recovery of postoperative renal function, acute rejection and viral infection.Multivariate regression analysis using COX model may affect the renal failure of the transplanted kidney, and then Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed on the statistically significant factors.Result:A total of 71 recipients in this study were diagnosed with graft failure during the follow-up period.Multivariate analysis found that the amount of perfusate, acute rejection, and hospitalization time for renal transplantation were statistically significant;and receptor gender, age of recipients, preoperative hypertension, and preoperative dialysis time of the recipient(months)Different blood types, donor kidney, warm ischemia time, cold ischemia time, postoperative renal function recovery and viral infection had no significant effect on long-term survival of transplanted kidney.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed on the amount of perfusate and acute rejection, and the survival curve was obtained. It was found that the amount of perfusate and acute rejection had significant effects on long-term renal failure. Conclusion: The amount of perfusate is a protective factor for long-term survival of transplanted kidney;acute rejection is an independent risk factor for long-term renal failure.Early acute rejection does not affect long-term survival of transplanted kidney, but acute rejection and frequent rejection occur. The reaction will affect the renal function more significantly. The length of hospital stay in kidney transplantation has a positive effect on the failure of the transplanted kidney, but it has no decisive effect.Early detection and diagnosis of various risk factors that may affect the renal failure of the transplanted kidney to identify patients with high risk factors, early treatment,is essential to improve the survival rate of transplanted kidney.
