Objective:To investigate the survival time of transplanted kidney and its influencing factors in patients with chronic renal failure after kidney transplantation, and to provide theoretical and practical basis for promoting the recovery of kidney allograft function as well as prolonging the survival time of transplanted kidney.Method:The clinical data of 841 recipients who received kidney transplants were analyzed retrospectively in terms of gender, age, body mass index, donation type, primary disease, dialysis type, panel reactive antibody, infection, immune induction, application of immunosuppressive agents, occurrence and type of allograft rejection, delayed graft function.Univariate analysis and logistic multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the independent risk factors of renal allograft failure after kidney transplantation.Result:During the follow-up of the study cases,52 cases of transplanted kidney failure occurred. The incidence of renal allograft failure was 6.18% and the survival rate was93.82%.Age,body weight, body mass index and body mass index grading, rejection, delayed graft function had significant effects on kidney graft failure(P<0.05).Age,body mass index, and rejection were independent risk factors for graft failure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strict control of age and body mass index of renal transplant recipients and effective measures to prevent and treat kidney allograft rejection are conducive to reducing the incidence of renal transplant failure.
