Objective:To observe the effects of ZaiZhangShengXue mixture on peripheral blood picture,occurrence of myelosuppression,liver and kidney function and improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced malignant tumor receiving chemotherapy in Qinghai provincial hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into 30 patients in the study group and 30 patients in the control group according to the numerical table method.Control group:given chemotherapy alone,when the WBC in serum total is less than 3.0х10~9/L,recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor subcutaneous injection.Study group:on the basis of the control group,taking ZaiZhangShengXue mixture.Peripheral blood picture changes,bone marrow suppression,rhG-CSF medication days and dosage,TCM syndrome score and KPS score,and liver and kidney function were observed on the 1st day before chemotherapy and the 3rd,7th,10th and 14th days after chemotherapy in the two groups.Results:Peripheral blood changes:WBC value comparison;WBC values of 10 and 14days after chemotherapy in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).HB value comparison:comparison within the control group:the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the change of HB value showed a downward trend as a whole.Comparison within the study group:the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating no significant change in HB value.Comparison of PLT value:comparison within the control group:the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the overall change of PLT value showed a downward trend.Comparison within the study group:the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating no significant change in PLT value.Incidence of bone marrow suppression,rhG-CSF days of medication and dosage:the incidence of WBC,HB and PLT bone marrow suppression in the control group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the average dosage in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average duration of medication in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score and KPS score:after chemotherapy,both the control group and the study group were superior to the control group in terms of efficacy evaluation of TCM syndrome and efficacy evaluation of quality of life(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after chemotherapy were lower than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).The life quality score of the two groups after chemotherapy was higher than that before chemotherapy(P<0.05).Effect of liver and kidney function:there was no significant difference in creatinine between the two groups after chemotherapy(P>0.05),and the value of alanine transaminase between the two groups after chemotherapy was lower in the study group than in the control group(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison:creatinine and alanine aminotransferase values in both groups were higher after chemotherapy than before chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZaiZhangShengXue mixture can improve the blood cell level of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,protect bone marrow hematopoietic function,reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression,reduce the dosage of rhG-CSF,reduce the economic burden of patients,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,no obvious adverse effect on liver and kidney function,safe to take.
