Clinical Study Of Banxia Xiexin Decotion And Astragalus Membranaceus In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Diarrhea Type With Cold-heat Disorder

Objectives:The research is to clinical study of Banxia xiexin Decotion and Astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea type with cold-heat disorder patient,and check D-IBS type with cold-heat disorder patients the changes of the number of bifidobacterium and Escherichia coli in fecal culture before and after treatment,and the scores of anxiety and depression and healthy quality of life were recorded,to explore the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of D-IBS type with cold-heat disorder,and to provide powerful evidence for the treatment of D-IBS type with cold-heat disorder with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Use of ill standard in 2006 for diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome Rome III western medicine diagnostic standard.Referring to the diagnostic criteria of syndrome types with cold and heat disorder in the traditional Chinese medicine ? common opinion on diagnosis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine?(2010,Suzhou).One hundred of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome patients of cold and heat disorder type were treated in our hospital,and randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group(n=50).The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with banxia xiexin decoction and Astragalus membranaceus on the basis of the control group.The control group was treated with the gold bifid and montmorillonite.The therapeutic course was 4 weeks.On the first day of treatment and the end of the experiment,the number bifidobacterium and Escherichia coli cultured on an empty stomach in the morning,the body temperature,resting heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate in the morning were measured,and peripheral blood was taken to examine the function of liver and kidney,electrocardiogram Safety indexes and so on.The experiment is over,comparison before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group,fecal culture Escherichia coli number,bifidobacterium quantity,B/E specific value,clinical symptom,TCM syndrome improvement degree,SAS,SDS,the quality of healthy life,at last,statistics analyse with SPSS 20.0 software,P<0.05,there is statistical significance.Results:1.Comparison of fecal culture Escherichia coli number: the traditional Chinese medicine treatment groups before treatment 9.043±0.18,after treatment 8.374±0.161;the control groups before treatment 9.018±0.204,after treatment 8.779±0.152;the fecal cuiture Escherichia coli number of after cold and heat disorder type treatment in both traditional Chinese medicine treatment and control groups were more than those after treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was big difference in the two groups,showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group took a change for the better.2.Comparison of fecal culture bacillus bifidus number: the traditional Chinese medicine treatment groups before treatment 8.176±0.256,after treatment 9.024±0.212;the control groups before treatment 8.234±0.255,after treatment 8.721±0.217;the bacillus bifidus number of before treatment cold and heat disorder in the two groups were less than those after treatment,prove that the comparison between the two groups showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was big difference in the two groups,showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group took a change for the better.3.Comparison of B/E specific value: the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group groups before treatment 0.904±0.031,after treatment 1.028±0.994;the control groups before treatment 0.913±0.032,after treatment 0.994±0.331;the B/E specific value of before treatment cold and heat disorder type in the two groups were more than those after treatment,prove that the comparison between the two groups showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was big difference in the two groups,showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group took a change for the better.4.Comparison of TCM symptom integral and syndromes curative effect grade :the traditional Chinese medicine treatment groups before treatment 20.80±2.34,after treatment13.54±2.13;the control groups before treatment 20.71±1.99,after treatment 16.63±1.86;the scores of symptoms of before treatment cold and heat type in both groups were higher than those after treatment,prove that the comparison between the two groups showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was big difference in the two groups,showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group took a change for the better.5.Comparison of anxiety and depression: SAS:the traditional Chinese medicine treatment groups before treatment 48.26±7.84,after treatment 37.64±8.93;the control groups before treatment 48.93±7.82,after treatment 45.24±8.71;SDS : the traditional Chinese medicine treatment groups before treatment 47.02±10.95,after treatment 39.20±10.98;the control groups before treatment 47.25±8.21,after treatment 42.99±10.79;the scores of SAS and SDS before treatment in both groups were higher than those after treatment,showing the cure of anxiety and depression;The comparison between the two groups showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group took a change for the better.6.Health life quality integral comparison:the traditional Chinese medicine treatment groups before treatment 47.39±16.21,after treatment 67.80±16.10;the control groups before treatment 46.66±23.22,after treatment 63.64±16.11;the scores of quality of life of both groups after treatment were very higher than those before treatment.The comparison between the two groups showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was big difference between the two groups,showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion:1.The treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome type of cold and heat disorder with Banxia xiexin Decotion and Astragalus memberanaceus acquire good clinical effect,it is worth clinical application.2.The treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome type of cold and heat disorder with Banxia xiexin Decotion and Astragalus memberanaceus,improves clinical symptoms and syndrome of using traditional Chinese medicine,and improve your stomach and the quality of health life;so by regulating the number of intestinal tract bifidobacterium and Escherichia coli,it is maybe one of the mechanisms of banxia xiexin decoction and Astragalus memberanaceus in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.
