| Objective: To study on nursing-sensitive quality indicators of pre-hospital emergency care and to construct a set of systematic,scientific and sensitive quality indicators for pre-hospital emergency care,which could provide reference for nursing managers in related fields.Methods: In this study,the literature about quality evaluation of pre-hospital emergency care was searched by literature review method,and then the sensitive quality indicators,calculation formula and data collection method of pre-hospital emergency care were summarized by brainstorming method and group discussion method,and made correspondence questionnaire.A 5-level likert scale method was used to evaluate the importance of the indicators,the rationality of the formulas and the operational degree of the data collection methods by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation respectively.The indicators were described and analyzed by frequency,mean,standard deviation and coefficient of variation,and the enthusiasm,authority and coordination of experts were analyzed.Excel 2007 and SPSS 18.0 software were used to analyze the data,and MATLAB 9.0 software was used to calculate the weight of indicators.Results: After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,21 nursing-sensitive quality indicators of pre-hospital emergency care were determined,including 5 structure indicators,7 process indicators and 9 outcome indicators.The corresponding calculation formulas and data collection methods were also given.The positive coefficients of experts were 93.33%and 100,the coefficients of expert authority were 0.89 and 0.91,the coefficients of expert coordination were 0.562-0.864,and the results of ?2 test showed that there were significant differences(P < 0.05).The calculation results on weight of these indicators showed that:structure,process,and outcome of the three dimensions were weighted as follows: 0.3325 /0.1397 / 0.5278,and calculated the weight of each indicator.The results of consistency check showed that all the matrix consistency check results were passed.Conclusion: The nursing-sensitive quality indicators of pre-hospital emergency care was constructed according to Donabedian structure-process-outcome theory,and gaven a simple calculation formula and data collection method.It can not only be used to monitor the quality of pre-hospital emergency care,but also can be used to improve the quality of pre-hospital emergency care,which has good practical significance.By analyzing the enthusiasm of experts,authority of experts and degree of coordination of experts,the selected letter experts in this study have good enthusiasm and representativeness,good coordination and concentration of opinions among experts,and high credibility of the results. |
