With the popularization of medical informationization,more and more hospital business systems.At the same time,IT systems are becoming more and more complex,and the traditional IT management model can no longer meet the needs of business.Only by introducing advanced IT service management mode can we standardize management and improve efficiency.As a practical guide to IT service management,ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,ITIL,Information Technology Infrastructure Library)provides a standard and standard for the management of medical information system.This paper discusses how to introduce ITIL-based IT service management method into the IT service management of Guian Health Cloud Project,and design a suitable management method to improve efficiency and service quality to ensure the stable operation of business system.Based on the ITIL standard and the actual situation of the IT operation and maintenance service management of Guian Health Cloud Project,this paper designs the IT operation and maintenance service management system of Guian Health Cloud,and realizes the standardized management of the IT operation and maintenance service management of Guian Health Cloud.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the management mode of IT operation and maintenance service before Gui'an Health Cloud Project is analyzed and summarized.Among them,we found some problems in Guian Health Cloud IT operation and maintenance service management: user protection is cumbersome,there is no unified service management system and maintenance process,operation and maintenance personnel are insufficient.Then,aiming at the problems existing in service management,the service desk and event management process specification of ITIL are introduced,and the event management process is established in the service desk.And the IT service management system based on the service desk and event management process is designed.Finally,the overall implementation of the system,and the use of white-box testing method to test the login and time allocation functions of the server.The test results accord with the expected functions and verify the correctness of the program.A questionnaire was designed to investigate and analyze the customer satisfaction after the implementation of the standardized service management process.It proves that the service quality has been greatly improved,good implementation effect has been achieved,and the satisfaction of users has been greatly improved.
