As the aging problem in our country becomes more and more serious,everyone has begun to pay attention to the life problems of the elderly.In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly with stroke and the disabled,there is an urgent need for equipment that can help them restore their walking ability.In the past ten years,the research and development capabilities of robot-assisted equipment such as exoskeleton have made great progress,and some products have been commercialized.However,for a long time,the research on the exoskeleton robots for elderly lower limbs has mainly focused on technology and institutions,and there are relatively few researches on the psychological cognition and perception needs of elderly patients.In addition,most products on the market have a single style and a rigid shape,which does not really meet the needs of the elderly.In this paper,the perceptual image is applied to the analysis of the design elements of the exoskeleton robot for lower limbs.With the help of binary logistic regression and Fisher’s judgment,the weight of the design elements and the consistency of the product shape are combined to verify the feasibility of the design method and process.Based on the biological and psychological response characteristics of the elderly,the styling preference characteristics of the elderly users are obtained,the color image vocabulary,the material image vocabulary and the morphological image vocabulary are obtained,and the lower limb assisting exoskeleton robot image vocabulary and product library are screened out.Representative samples,using questionnaire survey method to do image evaluation experiments,using factor analysis to screen image vocabulary with high contribution rate,and obtaining product color and material design direction through image scale diagram.Through binary logistic regression to analyze the weight of the morphological elements,the design elements that affect the modeling result are obtained,the design plan is optimized,and the Fisher discriminant is finally used for design evaluation.The system design process is improved,and the design efficiency is improved.The results show that the above method is reasonable and usable for the research on the shape design of the exoskeleton robot for the elderly lower limbs.
