With the introduction of a series of supporting policies,such as "Internet + artificial Intelligence three-year Action implementation Plan" and the 13 th five-year Plan,the concepts of artificial intelligence and intelligent medical care have gradually been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and began to take root in the major medical systems.Under the influence of the Internet,the use of advanced Internet of things,RFID and other technologies,resulting in the traditional medical system slowly to the direction of information,intelligent development transition.Due to the advent of the aging era,the relative lack of medical manpower and other problems,in order to cope with the growth of high-quality medical demand,medical service robots emerge as the times require,and have considerable potential for development.The emergence of medical service robot has liberated the hands of nursing staff to a certain extent,improved the working efficiency of the hospital,and is a robot with a high degree of intelligence.It can be used in surgery,rehabilitation,medical information query,rescue,navigation and so on.From the point of view of improving the experience of medical service,this paper studies the present situation of intelligent medical industry at home and abroad,investigates the current ward environment,the daily work of medical and nursing staff,the behavior of inpatients,and carries on the demand ranking.User requirements were obtained.Methods based on the axiomatic design process,TRIZ is used as an analysis tool to deal with the contradictions and conflicts in the process of mapping from user domain to functional domain.in the process of scheme selection,the minimum axiom is used to select the scheme.By using the integration method,the functional contradiction of the ward patrol robot is better solved.In the design process,the design concept is sketched at first,and the human-computer interaction interface of the product is continued to be designed.the purpose of the design is to increase the human-computer interaction and enhance the communication in the ward,so that the service in the ward can develop healthily.After using Rhino three-dimensional software to model the appearance of the ward patrol robot,think about the internal related technical structure,and finally make the use of scene effect map,complete the conceptual design.From the point of view of improving the medical service experience,discusses the design practice of the ward patrol robot,alleviates the backward hardware of the ward,the poor air environment of the ward,and improves the medical service experience of the users.The feasibility of the integration method in the design process of ward patrol robot is verified,and the research results provide a certain basis for the related design in the future.Other products in the context of smart medical experiences will continue to be explored and designed in subsequent studies.
