Precise preoperative planning technology can make a comprehensive understanding of the patient's situation before the operation and make a reasonable plan before the operation of the operation.It can improve the accuracy and efficiency of doctors' operations and ensure the safety of patients.This field has attracted the attention of scholars and researchers at home and abroad.This article focuses on the research of precise preoperative planning based on augmented reality.Through the combination of medical images and augmented reality technology,the two-dimensional DICOM images scanned by the human body are processed and applied to the augmented reality environment,and then the corresponding visual virtual operations and analysis are performed.Design and implement precise preoperative planning research based on augmented reality.Through accurate pre-operative planning under augmented reality technology,it can reduce the workload of doctors and improve the accuracy of doctors' diagnosis.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1)In the augmented reality medical technology,for the registration process between the virtual human model and the real human model,due to the problem of poor viewing angle registration of the two-dimensional marker registration and the problem of poor real-time tracking effect,a method was proposed Based on the method of automatic and accurate medical registration and tracking based on augmented reality,camera photogrammetry is used to obtain real human model space coordinate values,and vuforia is used to associate the real model and virtual model space coordinate system,and the real model and virtual model are transformed through spatial mapping transformation The transformation of the spatial coordinate system finally completes the automatic registration and tracking between the virtual and real models.This method can realize the coincidence error of the 3D printing model and the virtual human organs within 2mm,which improves the registration accuracy,so that the accuracy of augmented reality preoperative planning can be initially guaranteed.2)Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for doctors to establish the best small incision in the chest during the minimally invasive surgery for multiple lung nodule removal,a method for automatic preoperative planning of small incisions based on virtual human body is proposed.This method can generate a cone mapping model according to the doctor's surgical operation habits and the patient's surgical position,and combine the information of blood vessels and ribs between the operation point of the lung nodule and the small incision surgical channel to automatically plan the best human virtual chest cavity.Surgical operation area.It enables doctors to reduce unnecessary harm to patients during the operation,improve the accuracy of surgery,shorten the operation time,and thus reduce the risk of surgery.3)For lung nodule puncture surgery,blind puncture is commonly used for traditional radiofrequency ablation puncture surgery.The number of ablation is uncertain and too dependent on the personal experience of the doctor.A virtual puncture operationenvironment based on unity3 D is built.By calculating the patient's posture,lung nodule volume and puncture needle effect area size and other parameters,the operative position and the number of ablation of the puncture needle are pre-determined before surgery;Use information such as distance to surrounding organs to minimize the collision detection area to prevent damage to surrounding tissues and organs.Furthermore,the puncture efficiency and puncture accuracy are improved.
