Objective: This study investigated the use of antihypertensive drugs in different groups of hypertensive patients in different hospitals. The rational use of hypertension drugs provides a certain theoretical basis;at the same time,it investigates the cognitive status and medication compliance of hypertensive patients in different communities, thus providing a reasonable and effective treatment plan for the control of hypertension. Methods: A large-scale comprehensive tertiary hospital in Xianning City and two outpatient hospitals in the second-class hospitals from January to June 2017 were collected for all outpatient prescriptions for hypertension.According to the patient's gender, age distribution, severity of illness, proportion of antihypertensive drugs, combined drug use, etc.,the software was used to analyze the relevant data and the patients with hypertension in three different communities in Xianning City were analyzed.Questionnaire survey and understanding of hypertension awareness and medication compliance.Result:Grade 2 and grade 3 hypertension were the main cause of hypertension in the top three hospitals(P<0.05).Both dimethyl hospitals were mainly grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension(P<0.05).There are 34 antihypertensive drugs in the top three hospitals,19 in one of the dimethyl hospitals, and 18 in the other. The highest utilization rate of CCB in the three hospitals is followed by the ACEI class and the third is the beta blocker..The drug use rate of the two dimethyl hospitals was significantly higher than that of the top three hospitals(P<0.05),and the drug use rate of triple and above was significantly lower than that of the top three hospitals(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender, age, hypertension grade, and duration of hypertension among the community(P>0.05).The proportion of college students and urban communities who understand the dangers of hypertension, those who think that they need to be used for life, those who think that health products can't replace antihypertensive drugs, and those who measure blood pressure are obviously higher than those in rural communities(P<0.05).The proportion of college community and urban community who took medication on time and in good compliance was significantly higher than that in rural communities(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the dimethyl hospital, the age of hypertensive patients in the top three hospitals is relatively small, and the condition is more serious, which is basically consistent with the epidemiological characteristics of hypertension in China. The types of antihypertensive drugs and combination drugs in the top three hospitals are higher than those in the dimethyl hospital, and the older the patients, the more serious the disease, and the higher the combined drug use rate. The patient's awareness of hypertension and drug compliance are related to the level of education.
