Objective:1.This study analyzed the changes of drug use in the cardiology department of our hospital in the six months before and after the new medical reform, and discussed the influences of relevant policies and measures on drug use in the context of the new medical reform,so as to provide references for the stable implementation of the reform in the future.2.The purpose of this study was to compare the advantages and disadvantages of using benazepril hydrochloride tablets and irbesartan tablets for hypertension patients in antihypertension therapy,so as to select more economical and effective therapeutic regimens, reduce the economic burdens of hypertension patients, and offer evidences for TRAIL application in clinic.Methods:1.The Excel spreadsheets were used to record the inpatient drugs in the department of cardiology for the first half of the year before the new medical reform in our hospital(ie,February to July of 2017 and 2018),and the drugs were classified and analyzed.2.We collected 50 cases of hypertension patients who met the screening criteria and were treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets or irbesartan tablets before July in2017 in our hospital respectively. They were divided into group A and group B.The total effective rate, the range of hypotension, the incidence of adverse reactions and the total cost of the two drugs were compared and evaluated by cost-minimization analysis.Results:1.Before and after the new medical reform, the proportion of drugs in the department of cardiology in our hospital was 31.56% and 28.46%,respectively,and the proportion of drugs significantly decreased(P<0.05).Among them, the composition ratio of adjuvant drugs decreased by a maximum of 6.02%.The most significant increase in the drug composition ratio of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 5.80%.2.One week after treatment, the total effective rates of group A and B were 76% and 70%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant. The blood pressures of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).SBP in group A decreased significantly more than that in group B(P<0.05).The decrease of DBP was not statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. The total cost of group A was 57835.72 yuan, and thetotal cost of group B was 58605.28 yuan. The total cost of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.After the new medical reform, the composition ratio of inpatient drugs in the department of cardiology of our hospital decreased significantly, unreasonable drug use, especially the use of adjuvant drugs, was significantly curbed, and the use of therapeutic drugs was significantly increased.2.Both benazepril hydrochloride tablets and irbesartan tablets can effectively control blood pressure and have good tolerability, while the former can significantly reduce patients' systolic blood pressure in the early stage of treatment.3.Benazepril hydrochloride tablets are more economical and reasonable.Under the background of new medical reform,it is more economical to save on drug expenditures, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
