Objective:To nvestigate the effect of cervical cerclage on pregnancy outcome of women after cervical conization. Methods:The related literatures about the influence of cervical cerclage on the pregnancy outcome of women after cervical conization in 2007-2018 were retrieved from VIP Chinese Journal database,Wanfang database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Chinese journal database and Pubmed database.Review Manager 5 was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.The average gestational weeks of pregnant women who underwent cervical cerclage after cervical conization were longer than those of the control group;2.The incidence of preterm labor in patients who did not undergo cervical cerclage after cervical conization was higher than that in patients who underwent cervical cerclage;3.The incidence of cesarean section in patients who did not undergo cervical cerclage after cervical conization was higher than that in patients who underwent cervical cerclage;4.The incidence of premature rupture was higher than that of patients without cervical cerclage.5.The effect of cervical cerclage on neonatal outcomes after conization: 1)The incidence of low birth weight infants in patients without cervical cerclage after conization was higher than that in patients with cervical cerclage;2)There was no correlation between the Apgar score of neonates with cervical cerclage after conization for 5 min < 7;The incidence of neonates entering NICU after cervical cerclage was higher than those without cervical cerclage. Conclusion: Cerclage can prolong the average gestational week of delivery, reduce the premature delivery rate, cesarean section rate and low birth weight rate of neonates after cervical conization.Cervical cerclage increases the incidence of premature rupture of membranes and neonatal entry into NICU after cervical conization...
